Review 2：Staff was helpful, available and totally interested in doing a great job. Breakfast was an assortment of good, fresh foods and drinks. There were plenty of outlets in the room to accommodate our technology- that's rare, yet necessary for working travelers. The design of the large atrium inside the entry gate allowed for more privacy, quiet and safety. Thank you for a great place to which we plan to return .

Review 4：Convenient location in walking distance to the city center, close to the railway station and Tisza river. Parking place inside the inner yard. Wi-Fi functional.
Review 5：Perfect for my need as i had a car with a lots of luggage and needed a secure internal parking. It was included in the price of stay. Polite, friendly staff. Clean and tidy.

Review 10：It is located in front of a bus stop and at 0530 the first buses are starting. The check-out is 1030 which is extremely inconvenient especially when arrived at 0440. Most probably the rooms located from the inner part of the building would not cause such noise.

Review 12：We arrived very late as we mentioned. Was no any sign labels with light to show that is the hotels. No any parking explanation. The staff wake up as to move the car, after they personally told as where to park. Also at the morning started working noise of building machine. Than stop the electricity. After all complaints from as, the staff argue with as about national - " Bulgarian "..... to go their and leave their place.

Review 21：Lack of cleanliness, did not get what we booked, unfriendly staff, wifi that did not work after 6 codes and passwords were given, no service of rooms until we asked we were not given instructions on how to request serviced rooms, no hand towels, mosquitoes galore, a charged aircon even though it was so hot. Lights that never worked. Unhelpful staff - never again!

Review 78：the staff is very polite, friendly and helpful and patient. the owners are very nice and warm. the location is good as well, not far from the city center and the train station. the rooms are cozy, clean and quiet. there is no curfew if for some reason you happen to be returning late or very early as i did from budapest. it is easier to think of this place as a hotel than as a guest house given the facilities and cost. it is that good they split the bill for airconditioning and breakfast if a guest feels it is too much, he can opt to pay as his pocket will allow so its all budget or pocket friendly.
