Review 1：This is a lovely hotel. Modern, clean, spacious.Breakfast was very good and included lots of options, excellent cappuccino too! The staff were very helpful. Parking onsite is very convenient (only room for three small cars though so plan ahead!). It's about a 15 minute walk to the old city and a variety of delicious restaurants.

Review 2：The welcome every time we came back after our days of adventure. The friendly and efficient way everything was handled. The room was a good sized twin, with beds so comfortable. Everything immaculate including Laura on reception. She just made our stay perfect. Thank you for all your patience and smiles.

Review 3：I don't really believe you could possibly rate it 4 stars. Rooms are very basic and very dull in the furniture. Air con very noisy. Even the pictures on the walls, believe it or not, show the very poor surroundings/popular areas of the city of Bari instead of its many beauties, such as the old center. The bathroom looks like those fitted in popular blocks in the seventies, possibly better suitable for an hospital rather than a 4* Toiletries again hospital style... Hotel entrance from the outside looks like a discount supermarket

Review 4：Staff extremely kind! This is a real plus. Yes it's renovated, though you may not like the style. I was even given an upgrade at reception and used the internal parking (I paid for that of course).

Review 5：The staff was so helpful in every way. Bari is a beautiful city and the hotel reflects the city's vibe. I had a large room--suite, really--that allowed me to spread out a bit. Breakfast was especially good--particularly the homemade focaccia, which was one of the best I have eaten.

Review 6：We had attempted to book a hotel in the old town but given our budget chose the Imago as being the best vfm option. A bit disappointing to be as far away as we were from the Old Town and in a slightly run-down part of town with limited options for eating and drinking (although we arrived late - may have had a better chance of finding somewhere open before 9-00 pm).

Review 7：This is a nice hotel and our reception - and subsequent help in booking taxis and sorting out a problem with our pick-up of a hire car - was really first class. Generally not a bad option in a town where decent hotels seem to be in short supply.

Review 8：Staff very friendly patient and helpful. Left something in room and cleaning staff had put aside. Could easily have binned as had left hotel. Room was most spacious we've ever had. Kids loved having their own room. Was a suite really. We had two balconies overlooking the street. Nice quite area but near everything. Lovely easy going city.

Review 15：The front desk staff of women could not be more helpful, friendly or patient. As a world traveler, I have stayed in many hotels. None match the front desk staff at Hotel Imago. The women tried to oblige any request made and did it with a smile. Plus, the cappuccino and focaccia is out of this world!

Review 20：The Hotel Imago is adjacent a lovely square and it's only a few minutes walk from Bari's city centre. It has a minimalist decor, but far from being cold, it is a warm and welcoming place. Great part of the merit goes to its friendly, professional and efficient staff. Next time I'm in Bari, I will visit again.

Review 24：Very central. Arrived at 10.15pm and checked in quickly and pointed to the rooftop bar which was open. Perfect. Only there for one night but would stay again. Lovely staff.

Review 28：- This place is kind of out in the middle of nowhere. It was about a 15 minute walk from the train station and at least 15 minutes to the old town. Everything to do and see, and all the restaurants seem to be in the old town. On the plus side, it near a little city square where people go to hang out and kids play, and you kind of feel like you're experience normal Bari life.

Review 48：When I arrived much later than expected because of plane delays, the staff met me on the doorstep, made me a cup of tea, and saw that I got settled. In the morning, they gave me directions to all the best places to see. Great people!

Review 52：Unfortunately our one night stay was ruined by the quality of our sleep, which was down to an uncomfortable and impossibly creaky bed. The slightest move would cause a very loud creak, waking us both up (we ended up sleeping in the single bed in our room - which also creaked, but less so). We didn't complain, because we didn't see any benefit as we only spent one night there. Such a shame, as the hotel looks great, the staff were lovely, but they could not provide the basic thing you want from a hotel; a good nights sleep.

Review 58：The girls on reception are very helpful and pleasant. The rooms are large and clean and the location is in a quiet road about 20 mins walk from the old town. Stayed 4 nights and will certainly book in again when next in Bari.
