Villa Lisica sells fast on our site. Villa Lisica is 20 feet from the Adriatic Sea in the fishermen's village of Petrcane. Its apartments have balconies with sea views, and the owners have a pub on the beach.
Accommodations here are bright, with hardwood floors. They include a kitchen with a refrigerator and coffee maker. Apartments have air conditioning, and come equipped with free Wi-Fi, and TV.
The villa also has an outdoor terrace and 7860 ft² of grounds with plenty of shade, and it provides a self-service lounge bar. The owners’ restaurant is located in the village center, just 1,700 feet away. It serves traditional Dalmatian dishes and fine wines.
The 24-hour front desk staff can arrange rafting and paint ball adventures, organize trips to a number of nature parks and other excursions. Villa Lisica is situated 16 miles from the Zadar Airport. There is free on-site private parking.

Review 1：Very friendly and helpful staff.. Great location.. Great food at the restaurant owned by them which is a couple of minutes away by foot.. They even offered to give us packed breakfast when we told them we would be leaving early morning at 5 am.. Overall it was excellent.. Would highly recommend!!

Review 13：Huge balcony over the see, great place to read(write, if you are one). Beach is right at a glance, air conditioned small flat. Especially convenient with children, who wants to hop-on/off to the flat from the beach. Plus you don't need to carry the heavy plastic air boat along... Though it's close to Zadar, much less crowded.

Review 14：The restaurant is a little far from the villa. The first day we all walked then we took the car which is quite easy as there is ample parking space near the restaurant.

Review 15：Very warm welcome when we arrived late at night The owner of the Villa is an amazingly lovely lady, Sanya. Her family helps her run the place and they are all warm and welcoming the restaurant for breakfast is at a great location

Review 16：My sister, 7 year old niece and I had an amazing stay here. We loved the clean and fresh apartment, helpful and friendly staff, the sea view from the balcony, the extensive breakfast and the swings in the shady garden. We couldn't have wished for anything better and are coming again with more family and friends.

Review 17：The alley from the main road to the apartment building is not paved, the rain washes it away and there are cracks and boulders which make it hard to walk at night and if you do not have a SUV, better keep your car on the upper parking unless you want to damage it.

Review 18：The view from the terrace is splendid. Beaches are 20 meters from the appartment. The fridge in the kitchen is really small, but we didn't use it for anything but drinks because breakfast is offered in a nearby restaurant, and there are plenty of other places to eat. Staff is great.

Review 21：The location was superb and the facilities were excellent, but the personal attention and service from the owner and staff was the highlight for me. They not only made me feel welcome and ensured that I was happy with my accommodation, they also took the time to have a chat and to tell me about the local area. I had the best time staying at Villa Lisa. Great value for money. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

A big reward for the kind owner and the staff who helped us with a car issue as if we were family, thank you for everything !!

Review 31：Apartments had an amazing view, brilliant location. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh and lovely home made chocolate croissants. Vedran was most entertaining and the best waiter we have ever encountered. Sanja and Natasha also lovely, friendly and helpful. We travelled with three small children. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts.

Review 37：Parking does not exist for normal vehicles, only if you own a off road vehicle you can access it. There were no blankets or any kinda covers so we were cold the whole night. Everything was dirty, there is no hair dryer and you have to hold the shower head when showering and there are screws coming out of the wall. I was billed more than it says on booking.com and I got no receipt. They had no change so they couldn't return me the money and the breakfast was awful. After the awful breakfast we went to Zadar to get a real breakfast. The lightning was nailed with nails and the whole place is in a really bad condition which ruined my trip. The dinner was in their restaurant for which you get a discount which we offcourse didn't receive. I am not looking for a discount but they shouldn't false advertise. The whole place was out of order and falsly advertised. Booking.com should check out the apartments and the rooms before they put them on their website if they want to keep their old customers.

Review 38：If your into shopping there are not a great deal of shops in the area, it's a small and friendly town, so do not expect Oxford Circus! Main shopping area is a few miles away or in Zadar, not far! On a personal basis I wish there was more sports activities in the vicinity i.e. canoeing or stuff like that!...

Review 39：Friendly and totally relaxing atmosphere exceptionally awesome scenery, specially in the mornings and at dusk! Close to the sea and brilliant cycling routes are all nearby, totally chilled out & sensation! The trips to the forest and waterfalls were breath-taking! A definite return in the very near future is on the cards!

Review 40：Be prepared to walk to the nearest restaurants! This also includes walking to your breakfast in the morning! The walk is about 15-20 minutes. But the scenery on the way is worth the walk.

The view was fantastic and the apartment was clean & cozy. The beach was around the corner. Wifi and Parking were not a problem. Value for money considering breakfast is also included!

Again, without any problem, the staff extended our staypaying one extra day on the same rate. The villa was literally 10 meters(approx 30 ft) from the Adriatic sea. Crystal clear water, refreshinglycrispy, not too warm and not too cold. People around nice, friendly,quiet, but ready to help if you ask anything. Fast wifi access on thesite. Air Con and sat tv fully functional with some channels in Germanand English. On departure we got a little present.

Review 98：We went there in 13 of may, for one week. The season had just started, so not that much people. The hotel had a beautiful position next to the sea. The owner of the hotel, Sanja, was an amacing woman. She fixed everything we asked for. She also owned the restaurant about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Review 99：The hosts, the place, the view from the appartment and the fact thehotel is close to zadar (5-10 min driving - well indicated) but in areally quiet and beautiful place. The breakfast (plentiful) is served ina restaurant, near, managed by the owner who is very friendly.

Review 100：The bedding at the hotel was not comfortable at all, the mattresses we rock hard and the pillows so soft your head sank to the bottom. Maybe it was just our room but that is the only thing we would change. My wife found sleeping on the sofa the only fix for her.
