Review 1：Great little apartment complex. Arrived out of hours but phoned beforehand to explain and were met by staff (owner?) promptly. Apartment was clean and modern, bed was very comfortable. We were in an apartment which would easily slept a family of 5. We had a dishwasher and washing machine too! Although the apartment was modern (and luckily we were a couple rather than a family and we ate out a lot during our stay) it was slightly basic in terms of crockery/pans/cutlery/utensils. However, there was plenty of storage in the kitchen and we had a huge fridge also. There is a swimming pool on the top of the complex which was exceptionally clean and had sun loungers. Celle Ligure has a fab beach and well-kept seafront and which, like all of the coastline here between France and Genoa, rises steeply into the (beautiful) surrounding hillside. I mention this as there is an incline from Celle town centre/beach to Residence Felice. But it is really only a 300m walk from the beach and then there is an entrance which has a lift to all the floors of the complex. It also felt very private as it is a small complex of apartments and with no tacky touristy vibes. There is free parking too. If you want a holiday apartment in a beautiful Italian Riviera style town and don't mind a short walk uphill to get home from the beach/restaurants/bars then you won't be disappointed with Residence Felice.
Review 2：We booked 7 month in advance and had e-mail conversation but 2 days before we arrived the owner told us that there is no appartment for us available. He offered us a terrible solution in a old and dirty appartment. After one night and heavily complaining we get a room in residence felice (not appartment as booked but a studio with a couch for sleeping). We were very unhappy as we didn't get what we book and we had to move one with a small baby (babybed etc). Additionally the communication is not possible as the owner doesn't speak english.
Review 3：It is a new Hotel/Appartement complex.
Review 4：Original apartment was advertised as 'one bedroom' but it was, in fact, a studio apartment. Luckily we could upgrade (at extra cost). Kitchen a bit under equipped, This apartment could be SO much better with a quick visit to IKEA - it wouldn't cost much.
Review 5：Spacious apartment was an upgrade (increasing cost from 320 to 420 euros for the 8 day stay, which was still reasonable). Great shower and bedroom. good living area.
