Review 1：It's is in stelida which is an unwalkable distance from prokopi where the are beaches and restaurants

Review 3：Amazing Staff, Great Hotel and ideal location between the two and beaches. Had my 40th Birthday here. The staff was awesome and made it really special for my large group.

Review 4：The floor of our room felt tacky, and generally a smell of humidity. The first thing we found was the previous guests insulin in the fridge and the bed sheets are not changed throughout the stay as many claim, I accidentally dropped some ink on the sheets and the ink was there for all the 5 days we stayed. Our door was left unlocked by the cleaner one time for the whole day we were gone, very sloppy common sense and improvable cleaning. Generally a sense of pasiveness amongst the staff, with the exception of Marco who was always helpful. Prices at the bar are high and quality quantity is poor. Breakfast is good in terms of quantity as mentioned, but the some of it tasted as if it was either reheated or straight from the can, especially the beans and mushrooms. We were told that we would get a superior room with a sea view the day before we arrived, but were taken to a ground floor room without view and told afterwards that our room was changed. As a paying customer i expect to get what i am told and at least be contacted before the hotel changes anything they have told me. The room was tiny for being a superior room. Be careful with how they market this hotel as a 4star. The pictures and the website are well designed to seduce but there are many things to improve. Nevertheless, the place has good intentions and potential, so I would recomend this hotel only if you find a good offer.

Review 5：Good location, despite many complaints about being too isolated. Right in between Agia Anna, Agios Prokopios and the main town, Chora. All within 5/10 mins bus. Big pool and nice variety of breakfast options. Relaxing atmosphere and very quiet at night to sleep.

Review 6：We booked as a couple and noted on our booking so a double room was expected- except it was two single beds pushed together which were at different heights and very old and uncomfortable. Also wi-fi signal was really weak in our room and hardly worked.

Review 7：Staff were great. We loved the pool area too. Was a great way to cool off after a hot day out. We got engaged on the island and Marco the bar tender treated us like stars. We'll always have special memories of Naxos palace. Nikos was great company at the bar.

Review 12：The hotel should not be characterized a" four stars hotel". The rooms were spacious but by no means luxurious, not even satisfactory.Breakfast was disappointing, very poor quality and quantity. The price we paid for the accommodation, taking into consideration the above and much more negative comments I could add, was enormous.
