Review 1：We didn;t like the bed - hard and not suitable for all spines. The bathroom needs an upgrade as the cold/hot water was running alternative and not at the same time making it hot or very cold.
Review 2：We liked the location - near to the sea and very quiet area. They have a nice garden with nice flowers and anything you need for kids as well as for adults. Very nice people come there with respect for others keeping it quiet. The room was ok and big.
Review 3：Very cosy place, the small houses had everything you need to make a quick dish,wash your clothes or just relax in front of the TV. The area is a little bit far away from the downtown to walk but it is close to the beach.For the price we paid, it was excelent.

Review 7：Jimmy is a great young man, very helpful with his impeccable English and knows the island very well pointing out the best places to visit. We stayed in one of the studios, it was comfortable, with a kitchenette / TV / A/C / Shower and mosquito nets on all windows. The free Wi-Fi signal was strong and swimming pool just outside and of course free parking. Beautiful place and would definitely stay there again next time we go to Lefkada. The hotel is very close to the beach of Agios Ioannis, but you'd still need transportation to reach other beaches such Kathisma Beach, Eggremni Beach, Porto Katsiki Beach on the West side of the island. The hotel is very close to Lefka Town Center, 5 minutes by car.
Review 8：Perfect! Dimitris and his parents were friendly and very helpful. The location is near the beach. Perfect garden, pool and apartment. The kitchen has everything you need. I would recommend this location to any my friends. Много добро място за почивка. Вилата има прекрасен двор с басейн, барбекю, беседки, много палми и цветя навсякъде. Оборудвана е с всичко необходимо, за самостоятелно приготвяне на храна. Собствениците са много любезни хора и винаги са на разположение. Местоположението на вилата е на около 2 км от град Лефкада и на 5 минути пеша от плажа. Горещо я препоръчвам на всички желаещи да посетят Лефкада.

Review 10：Everything, location close to the beach (300 meters), good for relax, clean pool, the owner very helpful, the apartment is spacious having all the utilities. But we didn't stay too much in the room because there are so much to see and visit

I would recommend this location to my friends because we had a wonderful time staying in Dimitris villa and enjoyed every second of it. It`s perfect!
Review 13：Very nice place,quiet and very clean.The swimming pool is clean and nice,there is a lot of grass any many palm trees.The onwer speaks english very good and he offer all kind of info about the island.Great place!
Review 14：Everything was just perfect, whatever you need or expect from this place was there and well thought through. The owner, Dimitris, is such a great guy, who can give you the best advise on anything you want, extremely willing to help. He also has a very beautiful cafe with the best choice of very special drinks. We enjoyed our stay at his villa so much and could not imagine a better place in Lefkada.
