Review 1：Next to Maccas and a construction site. Off street parking was good yes, but unlike many not so accommodating for undercover options for just two motorbikes despite seemingly options to allow such.
Review 2：Clean and tidy. Seems a nice family operated business. Good proximity to walk to town.
Review 3：Only slight niggle was plastic mattress (or mattress cover, didn't investigate) which made it a bit clammy. Otherwise excellent.
Review 4：Good location, really clean and a huge room. Perfect for us visiting our son who is on a gap year in Armidale as plenty of room for three of us to have a pre dinner beer!

Review 9：Only one face washer in room, when a second one was requested the comment was "we only supply one per room, but we will give you one extra" ! When we asked a street name to help with directions the manager said he could not tell us. When similar question was asked recently of a Melbourne motel manager he helpfully googled the map and gave us the information required.

Review 28：The motel was conveniently located close to shops and restaurants (within easy walking distance). The room was very comfortable and it was also a bonus to have a kitchenette with toaster, microwave, crockery and cutlery.
Review 29：I really enjoyed the size of the room. I also enjoyed the "lounge" which we could sit on and watch the TV, read or just relax, instead of having to sit on the bed or on an uncomfortable chair.

Ground level with parking straight outside made managing luggage easy. Camellias blooming outside the window. Very clean and nice toiletries supplied.
