Review 1：No kettle in the bedroom for an early coffee

Review 2：By being located on the edge of the Lake and just 2 mins walk from the Thermal Baths with its extremly helpful staff it sets a high standard in the region. Great a'la carte restaurant, plenty to choose from in the morning too. Our last evening the elavator has't worked due to a big thunder storm and all the drinks were free all night! Great touch! Will be back again!

Review 3：I do not get the room was I booked, because there was some technical problem in the room with plumbing, and no technical staff at the hotel all the day!! (it was a Friday). Nobody can fix the problem! What can I do? I accept a smaller room instead. In the room there was a permanent low-volume noise, maybe from some kind of air conditioning device or something... It was really annoying..... And, at checkout I am discovered the original price on my bill, however the list price of our smaller room was definitely lower. When I asking, the lady at the reception say it is a decision of his boss. After she make a phone conversation with his boss and correct my bill to lower price.... According to our experience with for stars hotel in Europe, this hotel is overpriced. Moreover, if you was booking through booking.com, you did not get entrance tickets for the spa, you did not get welcome drink and so on.... if you book directly at the hotel, you get tickets, welcome drink.... I think is really small-minded...

Review 8：I really loved the wonderful landscape which we could see from the balcony of room. It was lovely. We were satisfied with hotel facilities and all of services in the beautiful accommodation. We would like to return to there as soon as possible.
