Review 1：it is a big hotel and the atmosphere is likewise. It can be quite busy. I believe the rooms are overpriced and not really 5*.

Review 2：Dan Panorama is a nice hotel at a very convenient location in downtown Eilat right at the Marina. Rooms are ok, but not the greatest, the facilities are good, especially the swimming pool is very nice. Breakfast buffet is one of the best I have seen.

Review 5：Great location. Several good restaurant in walking distance. Excelllent service provided by the front-desk. Flexible, polite and resourceful. Clearly above average. Good breakfast buffet with lots of selections. Welcoming chocolates, coffee and pastry offered on arrival. Parking inside the hotel. Very comfortable beds. Outdoor pool. Nice small party at New years eve with music, dance. some free drinks, snacks and pastries. I did not try the spa and fitness facilities but heard fom other guests they where rather moderate.

Review 6：There were works outside at the pedestrian left side of the exit from the hotel with a terrible smell which lasted during the all stay. I think that they should have made an effort to clean the path. It was very uncomfortable to walk by.

Review 14：Rude staff. We had a 645 tour pickup and ordered boxed breakfast to go. Front desk assured us they would be there. Came down at 635 and desk clerk said they don't have them but the restaurant is open. Not very helpful 10 minutes before departure. No sorry or any help. Just a so sorry you are out of luck look.

Review 17：Beautiful,central, luxurious hotel reasonably priced.my son and I were upgraded to a stunning suite which made the stay more like Heaven. Breakfasts beyond good, so much choice, had to spread over 2 days!! Highly recommended and would happily return.

Review 21：Attentive and professional staff, great location - close to everything, excellent WIFI, balcony and the breakfast. On the day of our departure from Eilat, a member of staff named Rotem helped us to organize transport out of Eilat to Beersheva. We really appreciated this since all flights had been cancelled.

Review 22：Room was not always cleaned perfectly. There was rubbish in the fridge. Far from the beach.

Review 24：We booked a room with access to the VIP lounge which had excellent food and drinks nearly round the clock. Staff was helpful. Breakfast is overwhelming even by Israeli hotel standards.

Review 25：Hotel is typical "Eilat 5 stars", which means <4 stars. Hotel is very old, and needs renovation (like most Eilat hotels). Cleanliness wasn't too good (e.g. carpet wasn't vacuumed enough, there were hand-marks on the wall). Gym and spa is nice, but requires extra payment. Breakfast had all the necessary ingredients, but wasn't too tasty. Wi-fi is terrible. Only 3 elevators for a huge hotel, and during holidays only 2 operate normally - creates a waiting queue on them. Balconies are very close and face each other, with zero privacy, and the occasional smoking odor.

Review 26：Location is rather close to the main tourist attractions (promenade and sea). Staff was rather friendly, and requests were granted as needed. There's a great kids room for different ages.

Review 27：advertised as a non smoking property. NOT!!! no smoking not enforced so everyone smokes everywhere. Gets into your room, at the pool, on your balcony, etc. Staff says all the right things but for the most part does nothing to enforce the law and their own signs. Non smokers are on their own and suffer. False advertising as to non smoking property

Review 29：Very dirty and old room, there were woman hairs all around. A lot of Russian personal in hotel and their attitude to the guests is bad. Almost all guests of the hotel are older persons, so this hotel is not good for young people.

Review 33：We were upgraded to a very comfortable room with a view over the lagoon. The wonderful buffet breakfast offered a great variety catering to all diets and tastes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Altogether a great experience which I would happily repeat.

Review 34：We were 3 adults. The extra bed was an uncomfortable pull out sleeper. Thought we would have 2 proper beds. Terrible parking availability difficult if leaving a car to go to Perra and you have to pay.

Review 41：The staff were amazing. There was a mix up with the type of room we reserved and they accommodated us by giving us an upgrade to a suite with a Jacuzzi on the terrace. The buffet breakfast, which was included in the room rate, offered anything you could think of.

Review 42：We wanted comfort a view and kosher food and got great value via Booking.Com at short notice even though the front desk told us there were no rooms . The stay was made very enjoyable by helpful and attentive staff. The hotel is well maintained and spotless. The room was well appointed and had a great mountain and laguna view. The breakfast spread is peerless and the Shabbat meal service likewise. A most enjoyable stay and easy to recommend.

Review 43：Location was a bit off. Rooms rooms old and blah I had room with "hot tub" on balcony more like bath tub and you can't find any pictures online because if you did you probably would chose somewhere else to stay

Review 44：The show was great the wife and I enjoyed that. hotel was nice but outdated good value for the price a renovation would realy make this place twice as good. Staff by pool was quick and on point.

Review 45：The hotel is very dirty. The room is not cleaned regularly even after reminder. The main restaurant is not the best place to take food. All the time that we were staying in the hotel there was a big spot of jam on the wall and nobody was going to clean it. The tableware was sticky and greasy. I want to say special thanks to Max Rabinovic (at the reception desk), however the other personnel is not very much friendly and client oriented. Once I asked Ohrit at the reception whether we can have a dinner at the hotel, cause it was not prepayed. At that moment we haven’t decided yet as we were going to the city. Although we had dinner out of the hotel she charged money from my credit card without asking or notifying me.

Review 55：The airport is extremely close to the runway and therefore it is noisy, but not many flights a day and most the local hotels suffer from the same issue. Hotel slightly dated but customer service is simply the best!!!

The customer service is simply unbeatable the rooms were Impeccably clean and they changed beding and towels daily. The list of services is unbelievable and the laundry service was good and same day. Review 57：The guy at the front entrance - not sure what his function is, but at no time was he helpful, and he was rude. He was a bad first and last impression on what was an otherwise pleasant stay.

Despite marbles in the lobby, the rooms doorframe was cracked in the room 2. shower tap could not be adjusted 3. though parking is free, the space is limited, so if you returned late at evening no parking will be available 4. breakfast was horrible, though a lot 5. rooms are served by illegal workers/immigrants from countries where tuberculosis and other severe infections are wide spread and I double that they were underwent any medical examination for employment 6. although the location gives a nice view to the laguna, the airport is located nearby so noise of the planes makes discomfort 7. sound isolation between the rooms is very poor. You can actually can hear neighbours conversation 8. Wifi is free as well as the internet, but it is slow and restricted, even email to be downloaded takes eternity

Review 67：The place is highly overpriced. I was in a comparable hotel in Eilat for half the price. The breakfast on Saturday morning was very disappointing. At night the very noisy music continued till 1-2 am.

Review 84：We stayed two nights as part of our honeymoon in Israel. We booked a superior room with lagoon view via internet but to our surprise were upgraded to a suite with two balconies and a patio containing a private jaccuzi - all with a great lagoon view. I checked with reception if our booking was correct, because it just seemed to good to be true. As soon as the staff learned that we were on honeymoon a bottle champagne, chocolade and a plate of fresh fruit arrived. The breakfast spread was excellent and there was complimentary cake and coffee. Review 85：The staff at the hotel we probably one of the most unwelcoming we have experienced, we seeded to be an inconvenience to them. The breakfast was maybe the worst run food service I have seen, staff walked around doing nothing while tables were full of dirty cutlery and utensils. This seemed to be the trend throughout, as when going to the pool area tables still had glasses on from the previous evening. We would certainly never visit this hotel again, in fact this experience has put us off returning to Eilat again.

We came back from the beach before cleaning was done so manager has asked what's the good time to come back and clean up. They did it later when we left the room after 5pm. Good breakfast buffet, You can use nice beach of Dan Eilat Hotel but you need to bring beach towels from Dan Panorama Pool. Pool manager gave me a really good tip about snorkeling spots

Review 96：The coffee machine gave up after one cup. Leaked badly. It was taken away for repairs and was never replaced. They said it would be back in an hour. The room service couldn't understand our request for one of the meals and brought a drink of a similar name. The room service meals had to be paid on the spot. As we had little cash on us, we had to use a credit card which they took away and returned –dodgy security. No effective Wifi in the room.

Review 97：We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite which was great as we were travelling with our 20 year old daughter. Very comfortable. Wet clothes dried within a couple of hours on the massive balcony. Great view of the marina. Free cold water at night in the lounge. Great buffet breakfast.

Review 98：The staff were very rude. The breakfast hall was like eating in the middle of the M25! Waited 1.5 hours just to have room service call us back so we could order a soft drink. Took another 45 minutes for my sprite to be delivered!! Very very disappointing!!!
