Review 4:Clean very modern hotel.Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant very good had a set three course dinner €25 excellent meal.
Review 5:The duvet had stains - it was clearly washed bt yet, stained. The individual rooms are small. Spa and welness center costs 9€.
Review 6:Good breakfast, wifi worked fine, comfortable bed. Perfect location and view of the mountains.
Review 7:Due to the construction in the access to the hotel, and resulting poor road signage, it was initially tough to get to.
Review 8:Clean, well organized, friendly & helpful staff. Great location in the centre of the town.
Review 9:Initially on arrival we couldn't locate the hotel but we eventually found it, by foot. The proprietors took us to our car and guided our return. We were most grateful and felt they had gone out of their way to help us.
Review 10:The hotel is very central and located just a short distance from the main pedestrianised thoroughfare in the city. Even though it is quite close to the bustling centre of Aosta, the are around the hotel is quite peaceful and secluded.
Review 11:Dinner was a bit average and expensive for what it was. Not easy to find. Use streetview to locate it before you arrive. Satnav did not find it.
Review 12:Good location. Secure underground car park for motorcycles. Friendly staff.
Review 13:spa area not included, the room was really small
Review 14:Great breakfast, close to central Aosta yet not in a quiet place, really thankful that I could check in early
Review 15:Nothing
Review 16:The room was comfortable with a good bathroom. Staff were friendly. Location was excellent. We dined in the restaurant and the food and service were fab.
Review 17:The town is a beautiful historical town with many shops for various goods. The square or plaza often has free events which are interesting. Views are amazing and location ideal for breaking the journey home
Review 18:Took a while to find the hotel as not out on the Main Street.
Review 19:Very new, modern hotel. Close to main street, very pleasant, helpful staff. Nice room leading out to a large communal terrace. Comfortable, large bed.
Review 20:The hotel is in the middle of the old town and access to it by car is very confusing. Also, the room that was allocated to us was quite small.
Review 21:The hotel is very central and ideally located if you fancy strolling around the historic and pedestrianised centre of the Aosta with minimal hassle. Our room, which was very modern, well-equipped, and spotless, was located on the fourth floor, so the views across the city and the surrounding Alpine mountains were absolutely breathtaking! Staff were extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful, the breakfast and wifi were both very good, and parking facilities were ample, private, and safe.
Review 22:When booking the hotel I asked for some prosecco to be put in our room (for a special occasion.) I was happy to pay. Unfortunately this was promised but never materialised. No big deal, but has prevented me from giving a 10/10 review.
Review 23:The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, well decorated and had a great view. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good and even though we ate late, we weren't made to feel rushed. The location is excellent. Good value for money.
Review 24:Absolutely nothing not to like.
Review 25:We found we had a puncture in our car tyre. The hotel organised a repair on a Bank Holiday Saturday at 5.00pm absolutely fantastic.!!!!!!!!! The breakfast was the best too. A feast no less.
Review 26:The room has a very good interior design. The suite was very spacious. The hot tube inside the room is a really cool idea. The location of the hotel is ideal, since it's exactly in the center of Aosta and you can walk to the important places of the city.
Review 27:We found the bed a bit hard. This might be a feature of Italian hotels because the hotel before this was even harder. Two glasses in the room would be nice; plastic cups are not great if you have a drink in the room.
Review 28:The location was excellent. The Receptionist was very helpful. We would certainly use this hotel again in if Aosta
Review 29:Finding the hotel was not easy. We managed to locate it by asking local people. This should not be necessary. We had to park in a public car park. Three large vans were occupying four of the hotel's parking spaces. Is this right?!
Review 30:The decor in the bedroom was excellent for a 3 star hotel. The restaurant whilst not having the same impact was a nice place to eat. The service both for dinner and breakfast was very good. The young lady who served us for both meals should be complimented.
Review 31:The bed and pillows were hard.
Review 32:Good size room and bathroom. Breakfast was surprisingly good. The location was close to restaurants and the walking street.
Review 33:There was soon noise from adjacent rooms but nothing too distracting.
Review 34:The hotel is clean, modern and very well situated with secure parking and full amenities at a price that's hard to beat.
Review 35:Room temperature was a bit warm for us at 24C. The third adult bed was a bit of a put-me-up! Wish the staff at breakfast had cleared away used dishes as we ate.
Review 36:Nice room, lovely breakfast, very friendly and helpful receptionist.
Review 37:* We found quite a lot of black hairs in our room on the floor, as we both have blonde hair we can be sure it was not from us. either cleaning was bad or the cleaner lost a lot of hair while cleaning. if you ignored the hair, the cleaning was good overall. *Breakfast left something to be desired, limited choice of bread and acessories, still more than edible and an OK breakfast, but could/should be better for a 4 star hotel.
Review 38:*Very friendly personell *Good restaurant (has a michelin recommendation from the michelin guide) *Parking available, for a fee, but still cheap. *Close to the main street *Nice room and Hotel

Review 42:It was very nice stay in this hotel. The staffs were so kind and friendly, the room was very much clean, and I very much had a good time in Aosta. Whenever I ask any question, hotel staff give me any answer precisely. I could see and visit 2 mountains thanks to their kind help. I would love to back this hotel again.
Review 43:Hard to find, we ended up driving down a pedestrianised street.
Review 44:The staff are helpful, they offered to put the bikes in a private garage so they didnt have to be left outside of the hotel in the normal parking area. The rooms are clean and spacious with plenty of stroage. A very enjoyable stay and will deff return
