Review 1：The small matter of no Wifi in the room. The explanation was it will help people relax and not work. We thought that was either a bit patronising or false economy. Wifi in a 4star hotel is a must nowadays.
Review 2：The hotel is absolutely spotless. The staff always polite and helpful. The spa really great. The food was excellent and varied.
Review 3：The customer care is an improving aspect of this hotel. Sometimes the staff appeared to be distracted and we didn't feel so much passion as we are used in Alto Adige. Our room was in the 'old' part of the hotel and was not soundproof.
Review 4：We liked the cooking and the good quality of food. The nudism part of the Spa is amazing!!
