Review 5：The hotel charged my credit card two days before we arrived. At thereception tried to explain me that I'm not the first one whocomplain about the situation and they said booking.com probably made themistake. My credit card company told me that c Hotel charged my creditcard. Also the room service was talking very loud (sometimes they wherescreaming) next to my door early in the morning. The door was lookinglike has been broken many times then fixed. Also very noisy from theairport. The hotel is located about 50 meters from the airport. Idon't recommend this hotel. For the same price I could stay at adifferent hotel.

In the cantine i would recommend the staff to clean all the columns - they have obvious food stains on the wood

Review 14：Very good location, 5-7 min walk to the closest beach. On reception you could get free towels fpr the beach. Rooms are rather big, have balcony. I ordered HB. Buffet both for breakfast and dinner was super various. Breakfast had a few kinds of cottage cheese, yogurts, cereals, muesli, fruit, veggies, pancakes, omelette, etc. for dinner you could find a variety of starters and salads, for main course - chicken, fish, meat. Dinner for Shabbat was super exceptional! And staff (especially lady on reception and a tall bold man) were very helpful and friendly.

Review 15：the parking was at first a little difficult to find out the back and the noise of Jet planes taking off and landing all day and evening meant we had to keep the windows closed as the airport is across the road from the hotel

The room wasn't well cleaned, with dust and hair of previous guests at certain areas. The airconditioners of local businesses were right outside of our window and this made it quite noisy.

Review 25：Breakfast on the fourth day was chaotic as a result of a broken down coffee machine. The staff on duty were not helpful in this regard at all. The wi-fi is available only in a very small area. We were only told about available wi-fi on enquiry. The lack of English communication presented some problems.

Review 29：Just most horrible organization ever seen - it is not possible to check in before 5 PM on Saturday!!!!! 5 PM! You need to check out before 11 AM. It means that they need 6 HOURS to prepare the room! On Booking site it is written that check-in at 3 PM. Thet gave us a room only after we threated to call Booking (finally it was ready!!!)

Review 109：For our group, this hotel was perfectly located and nice and clean. Wewere on an aggressive itinerary to drive from Jerusalem down to the DeadSea, to Eilat, and then take a day trip up to Petra, Jordan. The rentalcar place (sixt or Hertz) was located in the same building as the cHotel (Shopping Plaza), and the hotel is directly across the street fromthe local airport...perfect location! This was extremely convenient forour tight timeline. If you are visiting Eilat to daytrip to see Petrathis is an excellent location. The beach is only a 5-10 minute walk andhas a lot of nightlife and a relaxing beach atmosphere...again, thelocation of the hotel made for an easy walk. This is a good hotel for agroup on a budget who is using the city for a quick stop to visit Petraor the Dead Sea. The hotel was very accommodating to store our luggagewhile we day tripped. If you would like to relax on the beach in Eilatin a more resort-type atmosphere, I would recommend the larger hotelsright on the water, but you will pay twice as much.

Review 122：If you don't mind 7 min walk to the beach the location is really good. It is situated between the bus station and the airport. It is really close to the airport but there were no planes at night. A big supermarket is only 2 buildings away, the shopping centre is on the way to the beach. The room was clean and big enough, the staff was really friendly, we had a small incident but everything was fixed quite quickly and effectively. The breakfast didn't vary much but it was always enough to be happy with the food.

Review 135：Although there was a kettle, there were no cups or tea, coffee etc. We begged disposable cups from reception. I have never stayed in a hotel which didn't provide these. This was annoying! The freezer of the fridge was very iced up & was in dire need of defrosting. The other drawback for us was the noisy children running everywhere. Perhaps this was not a good time to stay!

Review 136：The female staff (not the males) were fabulous & went out of their way to assist us -even changing our room when we were disturbed by shrieking children & their parents very late at night! The breakfast buffer (except for Shabbat) was excellent. Lovely food, fresh & plentiful. Very clean rooms with cotton sheets. Clean towels every day.Perfect location in walking distance to the airport - 2 minutes. Excellent tourist advisor in lobby. We used 'Sole Tours" & had 2 fabulous trips!
