Review 1：Our party was staying in 101 and 102 (ground floor) The rooms were smelly, humid and for smokers (although we had ordered a non-smoking room). The walls were cracked and covered in mould. The sheets were clean, but the blankets had not been washed in a very long time. It's December and Samos' hotels are packed with undemanding refugees, who just want a shower and a pillow. Can't blame them for not caring. The ground-floor rooms are probably in much better shape in the summertime, but if a manager decides to keep his hotel open throughout the year, he should not say that "the rooms are fully booked all the time so we have no time to do maintenance." We arrived at 4AM, there were no other rooms available, but we didn't have the courage to ask for a refund and look for another hotel. We left first thing in the morning though. No breakfast

Review 2：The night receptionist was very friendly We got a refund for our second night although we had booked at a non-refundable rate.

Review 6：Hotel was in city center, easy to walk everywhere. Nice and helpful staff. We could make early check in at 12.00 without any problems. and they take care of our luggage after check out for couple of hours. It was nice of the hotel.

Review 8：The hotel was very clean, the gardens very well kept staff very helpful ,very close to town and bus station just a short walk from the ferry .

Review 9：We felt very welcome and everything was provided and more. The room was perfect, the gardens and pool side very nice and everyone tried their best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible while being just natural.

Review 11：The hotel was okey for us, nice location. Short way to the bus terminal, witch you will use if you live in Vathi couse there are non good beaches in this city. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful:)

Review 14：The bathroom was very shabby and in great need of renovation (broken tiles etc). The walls of the bedroom were thickly plastered like a grotto or cave. Ghastly The cooling system was very unsatisfactory, only operating from 10pm until 6am.

The hotel is also and very close to beautiful beaches. Very good breakfast. Very nice view from the balcony of the room we stayed. The hotel was quiet, relaxing and very clean. WiFi in the room. Our room was comfortable wonderful stay with wonderful, accommodating staff polite and friendly.Excellent choice.

Review 17：Dirty shower, flossy doors, extreme hard madrass, aircondition not working proparly, had to ask twice for tap water at breakfast, all curtains drown in the breakfast area wich ment we sat eating in the darkness, tried to open up but the staff came and closed them imidiately, no goodbyes and thank you for the stay when we left.
