Review 1：As I say every time I fill in the survey for this hotel, I'd rather pay a couple of quid more and have orange juice for breakfast.

Review 2：Spectacular architecture, now hosting a basic but perfectly adequate business hotel right on the main square. Exceptional value for money.

Review 3：- I don't think a 3-star hotel can afford an accordion door in the bathroom. - The breakfast room was overcrowded. - No air conditioning - the weather was extremely hot. - Very small rooms - Old sheets

Review 4：Excellent location

Review 5：The receptionist asked if I wanted to pay with credit card, but did not warn me there is a 3.50% "markup included in the exchange rate" (causing ca. 2EUR increase in the rate per night). The small fridge in the room seemed to be on, but could not cool a bottle of water more than just a few degrees bellow room temperature. It was quite noisy across the street of our room as there seems to be a bar in the cinema located exactly there. The floor sink cover in the bathroom was not fixed firmly, so it fell down the sewer as our child walked into the bathroom. :(

Review 6：The location of the hotel makes it a perfect stop for both car travelers and tourists relying on public transportation. The staff on the reception was friendly and answered all questions in depth, speaking perfect english. The room was small but clean. Bathroom seemed to be freshly renewed.

Review 7：It is old and looked more like a student dorm with wooden double doors(more like a prison), poor bed with stains and old bed sheet that had holes. Air conditioning is mounted in window frame and it is too noisy and not effective, couldn't sleep all night. Breakfast is terrible. Cheese, some ham and old bread with rotten apples. And it is just few things mentioned here.

Review 15：I was staying for three nights with my 6 month old son. We arrived late in the evening. It took an exceptionally long time to get checked in. The bathroom in my room was obviously over looked by the cleaner as there was still the previous guest's "business" in the toilet! I needed boiled water to make the baby's bottle. I asked for the use of a kettle, which they didn't have. When I explained I needed boiled water to make the baby's bottle I was told there was no way to get boiled water in the hotel and she could not help me! I had to get a friend staying in a nearby hotel to get boiled water for me. Absolutely ridiculous! When we asked to speak to a manager we were told there was none!

Review 17：The location is fine near to the nice town center. Staff was helpful, excellent breakfast. We were there at a long public holiday and thus everything quiet, and easy parking. Slept well.

Review 18：The bar was closed for those days we stayed in the hotel. Water pressure and temperature was low, while bath sinker was slow. We asked for help and the nice receptionist registered our complaint, but nothing more happened. :-(

Review 24：You have to pay at arrival, you can got the key if you paid your room in advance!!! I had reserved standard room for 2 person - I got a standard size room but with 4 beds, therefor no place to move. None of the beds were next to the other. I didn't accept the room, it took 40 minutes to got the money back. Érkezéskor kell fizetni, a szoba kulcsot csak a fizetés után adják oda!!! Kétágyas standard szobát foglaltam és egy méretében 2 ágyas standard szobát kaptam 4 ággyal, ezért nem lehetett megmozdulni. Nem fogadtam el a szobát, a pénzt kb 40 perc várakozás után fizették vissza.

Review 26：Internet access was terrible in my room and I needed to rely on it to make arrangements and to connect with home. It may have been a different story for someone in a different room, or if someone only occasionally needs WiFi may not have found this problematic.

Review 54：The grand entrance hall and sweeping staircase provides an impression ofold world opulence and elegance. Beyond this lies disappointment withevery turn. Our 'Classic' twin room ( which is described as oneup from the lowest ' Standard ' grade resembled a converted jailcell. A huge 1980's tube tv occupying half the cosmetic table. Allchannels fuzzy No cnn )No bedside table. Loud slamming doors echoedthroughout the huge hallways rendering sleep impossible. Tiny anddismal. We were forced to upgrade to a Superior room for extra eurosjust to attain some semblance of two stars. The reception staff werewell versed in deflecting criticism as the patter was rehearsedbasically stating the poor standard was our fault for not booking aSuperior in the first place. We were reminded the city hotels were allfull so negotiation was futile. They did offer 10% off our next stay,which will be never !
