Reviews for Isrotel Royal Garden All-Suites Hotel

Review 1:Would have liked body cream besides shampoo and conditioner Did not like that breakfast was not included in price. Did not know that show was not included as well

Review 2:Very nice comfortable room Pool

Review 3:Pool too cold! Water slide never opened; toddler playroom hours toolimited Terrible internet; misleading to say you have free internet whenit is rarely available.

Review 4:Family-friendly furnishings and equipment

Review 5:We had a room at the end of long corridor, next to noisy pump room, with view on the roof of pump room. Housekeeping may be improved, in bathroom lightning was without cover, kitchen has no knife. Hood was very dirty.

Review 6:Hotel well planned and decorated. Spacious room

Review 7:when travelling with young young (0-2 years old) children it is a paradise. Facilities give you opportunity to relax for a while - priceless gem. take 60m2 apartament - great value for money

Review 8:The triple room we booked was not prepared for the third person. We had to move an extremely heavy table to make so-called "bed" by ourselves. The "bed" itself looked like a chair and was very uncomfortable. Walls in the room and corridors were dirty. Paintings on the walls were done by elementary school children, which says more about the operational cost reduction program rather than the hotel virtue and publicity. Palms in the inner yard create a nice atmosphere, but make a lot of noise at nights, even when it's slightly windy outside. The price of $330 per night per triple room, including poor Saturday breakfast, is too high and cannot be justified by any means. Staff is totally indifferent. The child who arrived at the hotel on his birthday was not offered even a lollypop as a present. Nothing in the hotel, excluding the beautiful hall and the pool, reminds of the five star rating. The hotel can be only recommended to those who are allowed at least partially subsidized or reduced prices. All in all, disappointing experience.

Review 9:Wonderful swimming pool, excellent location.

Review 10:Price doesn't include breakfast

Review 11:We were 3 friends and our room was upgraded for free and it was absolutely huge! The kitchen is great and very useful

Review 12:I upgraded to an even larger room than what I had originally booked, and was told breakfast would be included in the upgrade. Needless to say, in the end, breakfast was not included, and I felt a little mislead. The lounger outside our family suite was wet and dirty. After we asked for a new cover, it took two days before it was addressed. Our room was also neglected for days, and I had to hound housekeeping to come and clean our suite. Food is mediocre, and the breakfast is better at the DAN hotel Eilat.

Review 13:We had a family suite that accommodated six children and one mom- this was a very cool feature to find in an Israeli hotel. This is a 4 Star property which accommodates religious travelers who observe shabbat with their chill out pool side bar and restaurant. The hotel has a few pools which ae fun for kids, but the Agomim ( also owned by Isrotel) remains my favorite pool experience.

Review 14:Everything was excellent but not to include WiFi and access to the gym in the price we paid is a little chutzpa

Review 15:The hotel, the service and location are excellent. The only complaint we have is for the price we paid not to include access to the gym and WiFi is rather hutzpa.

Review 16:Neither the free or paid wifi worked in our room. Did not like Eliat--too Las Vegas style for us. Breakfast not available until 930am.

Review 17:Visiting the Dolphin Reef 10 minutes by taxi.

Review 18:The suits are very comfortable and very nice balcony. The pools are great. So convenient that the mini market is right in the loby. Very nice shopping and coffee shop connected to the main building.

Review 19:We weren't and my brother, it was my first time here and I was supprised. We had a garden view suite which was very nice and comfortable . The stuff was amazing! Not only for kids. really good atmosphere. We will sure come back to this great hotel :)

Review 20:It's a great family hotel, so expect babies and crowds on holidays and weekends, only stay here when it's a week day if you want to enjoy the hotel. Not much choice with food. Also Friday aftetnoon until sat evening it's Shabat time so most services are closed ..

Review 21:The gardens within the hotel. The staff if you get a smiley one are really helpful otherwise just they not good in english

Review 22:too young staff, no english knowledge, and untrained for this type of Hotel. room cleaning = poor . To be served near pool they ask for upfront payment allthough you have checked in with credit card for your stay. very unfriendly Service at pool bar ( nobody speaks english. ,

Review 23:garden area, shops

Review 24:Been to all of isrotel hotels i find it very uncomfortable that there was no parking availble during the entire stay

Review 25:Tho pools are great its quite and the locatuon is good too

Review 26:Didn't tell us about the "family suites" until after we booked two rooms. We could have easily stayed in the family suite with 4 young children and saved hundreds of dollars for our stay.

Review 27:Excellent location, very good pool facilities, grocery store on site with in-room kitchen facilities. Free parking.

Review 28:The rate for that hotel is not good for 5star .The blood socker of my bedsheet that cost me to be blame of my companion "why I booked these hotel"?. Very poor service in the counter, no body help us to bring our luggage or people show us into our room.

Review 29:I only like people serving in the restaurant .

Review 30:I did not like the beach, the sand was hard with millions of stones. Walking to the red see was difficulty because of the stones.

Review 31:the hotel/resort was clean and nice, the staff in the hotel was polite and professional.

Review 32:In july full, busy and noisy. Hotels are in general expensive and not very nice in eilat. One gets better quality for better price over the border in aqaba in jordan.

Review 33:Isrotel royal garden is located at north beach, this is the best area to stay in eilat if wanting to enjoy bars, restaurants, beach and shopping malls all in walking distance. Large, comfortable rooms with kitchenette.

Review 34:Not on the beach, staff was not very much service orientated. I got a fine at the parking lot of the hotel while I was a guest. Staff did not care to inform me what to do to make clear to the police my car was allowed to be parked at the hotel parking. I cannot read Hebreuw like most of the guests and I realized I had a ticket only when I had left. I will not come back to this hotel.

Review 35:it was ok, but not special

Review 36:Staff is not polite, a bit shabby, we were given a room for disabled people, spa is for additional payment

Review 37:Great location and rooms

Review 38:Had to pay to use the hot tub

Review 39:The room was great, clean and we'll kept.

Review 40:Wifi very bad Kitchen equipment: very basic

Review 41:The pool Room very clean

Review 42:Very close to North Beach, big rooms, good parking facility, possibility to book tours in the lobby.

Review 43:it not was clean.

Review 44:swimming-pool

Review 45:The pools and all the area outside the pools are great you can spend there a whole day...

Review 46:great pool for kids

Review 47:staff, crowded, dirty, location, will never stay there again

Review 48:not much

Review 49:Breakfasts are fantastic. Great feeling being here, flower and trees aromas. Good to relax.

Review 50:Staff not understanding English. Cleaning of room.

Review 51:nice pool area

Review 52:איכות החדרים ירודה במקצת מצריך שיפוץ אינטרנט בתשלום

Review 53:שירות נעים מיקום נהדר

Review 54:Paying for WIFI??? Disgrace! Not the best beds Not the cleanest place

Review 55:Great Location, Nice staff, good entertainment for kids.

Review 56:ארוחת הערב לא היתה ברמה שמצופה ממלון כזה

Review 57:החדר מעולה מרווח נוח נקי

Review 58:Old room, ugly carpet, most staff not professional

Review 59:The pool, the restaurants at the hotel

Review 60:The room was very outdated. The air conditioning barely worked. And the pull out sofa intended for the 3rd adult in the triple was the worst and most uncomfortable bed every seen. Mattress of this pull out was also very visibly dirty.

Review 61:It's a great hotel, spacious two-roomed suits for 3 with a mini kitchen (which we used almost every night) and full-sized bathroom, extra sink and enough wardrobe space to settle your stuff. The room was made up every day. The hotel enjoys advantageous location - next to the promenade, yet off the noise. We could not enjoy the in-garden facilities as it was pretty cold this New year. Yet would certainly come back.

Review 62:The internet is TERRIBLE. If you need high speed internet, this is not the hotel for you.

Review 63:Great location. The staff was helpful, although many of them didn't speak english.

Review 64:The saff, the service. They did everything to make our stay unpleasant. They even didn't respect the price we had with Booking.com With rediculouse explanation, they rised the price with 15$...not to much, but enough to make you unhappy.

Review 65:The hotel was close to the beach (perfect for our older children), andour room was comfortable and attractive. The children had their own"mini room" in our suite and their own bathroom. With thesmall kitchen, it was perfect for our family.

Review 66:They say that they provide shutle from airport but they dind't provide us. When I callaed then they said "I'm sorry, take a taxi by yourself" The front desk receptionist are not friendely and unpolite. Asked from the manager and he said sorry!

Review 67:we wanted to check out a bit later on Saturday and they didn't let us. they wanted 150 NIS for late check-out! even on saturday when there are no check-ins usually. the check-out was at 14:00. too early for us.

Review 68:the facilities are good.

Review 69:AC was weak. the hotel is large...it was a LONG walk to the room. cable tv channels were limited.

Review 70:reasonably priced room for the money. Served as a great getaway venue for our group

Review 71:Ants in the room , and another bug which looked like a cockroach.Staff at checkout did not seem to care about our inconvenience. Stayed less than two days. we were in a hurry to leave.

Review 72:Location was good. Nice pool.

Review 73:Parking lot was completely full. Very crowded and noisy children Theswimming pool is not really for swimming Wi-Fi not free The hotel doesnot have direct access to its own beach

Review 74:Suites are very nice, well equipped, spacious The hotel is not farfrom the beach

Review 75:There's no activities for adults, although we didn't care about that too much.

Review 76:It's a great hotel for spending time with children, including toddlers (we have 3.5 and 2 year old daughters). It has excellent pools, including a pool with 'artificial' sand, that nicely simulates a beach while having the benefits of a pool. The kids absolutely loved it. It has a children's 'club' - perfect for young kids/toddlers, with creativity activities throughout the day all the way up to 20:00. The location is very good, a 2 minute walking distance from Eilat beach / promenade. The food - while certainly not gourmet, was well above average in our opinion.

Review 77:Family room children's accommodation was tiny, overall expensive for what you get, dishwasher in room was a poor excuse for a dishwasher.

Review 78:Generally comfortable accommodation, nice pools, lovely "beach", location - while away from the main beach, was still central enough.

Review 79:Too many toddlers and babies. Not exactly the place to stay for a romantic getaway. Also, there was a kids club, but it pretty much only catered for the 4 - 7 age group. If the hotel is going for the family market some more facilities for the 8 - 12 year olds.

Review 80:Absolutely fantastic. The facilities and rooms were exceptional. The Mediterranean restaurant at the hotel served delicious food and the prices on the menu were very cheap. The waterslide and the pools were great fun for the kids. The day spa was also magnificent.

Review 81:It is a great hotel though breakfast was messy, and it was like everyday is a surprise for the crew that all the people are coming to eat.

Review 82:It was a real pleasure and great for family with relatively smallchildren. For our four and six girls it was great. Room is like asmall apartment and the swimming pools are like an adventure. Althoughit is not the closest to the beach it is close enough to the beach andits walkway.

Review 83:Need more staff at front desk. Was disappointed that 1/3 of the poolarea was closed.

Review 84:Pool area is very attractive/kitchen facility in family suite/on premisevariety store

Review 85:the spa, was supposed to be a bonus with a special room upgrade - or apparently it has to be paid for? why, you ask? I have no idea. They have minimal facilities and the hot tub had so much clorine in it my family got broke out in rashes.

Review 86:they have a really cool beach/pool where you get the luxury of a small sandy beach right inside your hotel....

Review 87:Noisy.

Review 88:wonderfull water pools, for kids and for adlts with water falls. Tasty food. Very good service.

Review 91:The swimming pool closes at 6:30pm and Games Room as well.
