Review 1：Warning! Upon arrival, I found out the price was almost doubledcomparing to the price on booking. Apparently, it happends all the timewith booking.com and I should have make reservation using hotel siteinstead. Shame on hotel and booking.com as well!!!

Review 2：Poor lighting in the room. Pet extra charge is 19 EUR per night and that's without the breakfast. :) Sizes of the a la carte dishes are to small (and I do not eat that much) so you should be aware of that.

Review 3：It was really great. Aquapolis & Silent Wellness are really nice and you can go directly there from your room (it takes couple of minutes to get the facilities). Water was really warm in the pools, except for the swimming pool (~28C, but that's kind of expected). It was also clean water. We were there with our 10 months old baby. Rooms are big and nice. Bed was comfortable. Food is also great. When the hotel is full there are plenty of dishes to choose, but you should expect reduced variety of dishes if the hotel is not full or most of the guests do not have dinner included. Snacks from a la carte were really great. Paid parking is charged on the hourly basis. You get the ticket when you enter and afterwards pay on the reception. In the front of the hotel is something like 10-14 EUR per 24h. There is also paid parking in the Aquapolis (I think it's garage, but I'm not sure) and it's like 7-8 EUR per 24h. Hotel's free parking is available on the right side of the hotel and behind the hotel (both parkings are accessed from Jankovich street). It's free to park on the street, but just on the side in front of the hotel. Pay attention to the "no parking" signs because parking service is checking the street on the daily basis. Also, in Közép Kikötő street (Jankovich street to the end, then left) there is parking once you get to the part where you can see the Aquapolis from above (you'll see the parking sign).

Review 4：The staff were very helpful, and the whole facility, including our room and the big playroom for the kids, is very well maintained and clean. It was a pleasure to return to this hotel for our second visit. The water park is great! And the "silent spa" area is a MUST for relaxation!

Review 7：Left with same impressions about details : bathroom is somehow improvised, elevator old, doors and windows cheap. But most annoying was some of the staff, which behaved like in the communist era. Definitely not what you expect from a 4* wellness hotel.

Review 9：For a hotel with 4 stars, I was surprised with couple of things: Hotel provides you with shampoo only and it's in a doser, there is no conditioner, lotion or anything like that. We booked the room for 2 nights and the housekeeping never came to clean the room or take out the trash. Paint was coming off the ceiling and wall by the balcony. During check in, there was only one person at the reception and the process was too long.Once they check you in,; they ask for payment right away??!!!! At the restaurant you had the call the waiters to clean your table....This is definitely not 4 star hotel....not even close. There are many other things I found unacceptable, but it is what it is. I don't think I would stay there again

Review 33：We liked everything! Very pleasant stuff, good food, facilities, wireless, Silent wellness, plus the pools both for the parents & the kids, everybody can enjoy the full day there. Even more, due to lack of rooms we've booked, very kind lady on the reception upgraded our room, so we got a suite, with two separate room, and a huge balcony with jacuzzi on it! What more we could ask for? Definitely will visit again.

Review 40：The biggest problem was the clealiness of the room. Just by entering to room you could smell that the bedding is not clean. Maybe because it's old, or because it's not thoroughly cleaned. But it smells like a cheap motel, where unwashed dirvers sleep. Altough the bedlinen was clean and good looking. The restof the room was clean. Not the bathroom and the towels. Old tattered towels, not proper for a 4*hotel and the bathroom, beside poorly finished, also not so clean. Wifi was not working in my room.

Review 41：Hotel has big rooms, nicely decorated. Spacious lobby. Average to good brakfast, and kind restaurant staff. Staff at reception is average. Late checkout possible for a fee. The best thing is that the hotel has it's own wellness, which has good saunas and nice wellness pool, despite that in the morning it's quite cold in there. Additionaly you can access the Aquapark directly from the hotel. Parking is possible free on one side of the hotel, or for a fee in front of the hotel.

Review 42：Payment for hotel parking! This is not the way to treat hotel guests! Wifi signal was not good in our room, but was excellent in the lobby.

Review 44：never seen a hotel you had to pay for parking since you were paying a fairly high rate, parking you should be free for guests. beverages were to high in cost and when you pay for dinner at an extra cost there should be beverages included in price. Hotel and rooms were a little to hot in temperature at times make it uncomfortable. Had to leave terrace door open to be able to sleep. There should be a limited time on groups playing bowling, we wanted to play but 4 groups occupied all four lanes for sometime giving no one else a chance to play. Other hotels we stayed at limited to 2 games. No english channels on the tv, since most are not hungarian staying at the hotel should be english channels.

Review 46：There's no dress-code for the restaurant area, so it's not unusual to see people barefoot or in sleepers sitting next to your table... it's a city 4* hotel and not some apartment house in turkish seaside!

Review 47：This is our second visit to this hotel... They significantly improved quality of food, especialy dinner bufet! Air temperature in room, restaurant and main loby is very pleasant, so practicaly you can stay in a t-shirt all the time. Even when capacity is full, it's not crowded, there's place for everyone.

It looked as though a supervisor was watching her progress but, as we had been driving for 4 hours after a full day of work, and were close to missing dinner in the hotel restaurant, we would have appreciated the two other staff members stepping in to help instead of letting the trainee struggle and the customers wait for so long to be checking in! Customer service must come first.

Review 62：Félóra késéssel foglalhattuk el a szobákat(2db) több órás utazás után, máshol ezt legalább egy bár kuponnal kompenzálják; előre kellett fizetni, ilyennel még soha sehol nem találkoztunk; semmilyen foglalkozás lehetőség nem volt estére, ezer gyerek futkosott vacsi után az aulában cserébe; társasok, vagy mozifilm, vagy zenés-táncos esti program, mini disco, stb...helyette minden eszköz fizetős volt csak, ez elkeserítő volt, pedig jártunk már jó pár szállodában belföldön-külföldön!!! Igaz a fizetős programlehetőség is gyér volt, összvissz 3db! Fizettünk volna a bowlingra, hogy történjen valami, de esélytelen volt időpontot foglalni, ebből is látszik hogy volt igény esti programokra; a biliárd is fizetős volt, ami máshol alap, ill. még volt egy xbox szobácska, ami félórára 600ft! Ezt kifizettük, 10 perc volt mire beállítja-elindítja az ember, 5perc mire leállítja, lekapcsolja, azaz kb.15perc marad játékpróbálkozásra; Utolsó napon 12h-ig van kijelentkezés, cserébe már nem használhatja a vendég a fürdőt, 2 gyerekkel csak ezért jöttünk ide, hiszen más nem nagyon van/volt! Így vennünk kellett a délelőttre nem kevésért fürdőbelépőt, arra a másfél-2órára, ami reggeli után és a kijelentkezés közötti idő volt, vicces kategória:( Az autónkat elég messze, a szálloda mögötti gáton tudtuk csak parkoltatni; Szóval nem ez volt/lett a kedvenc szállodánk, a gyerekek választották a csúszdás fürdőképek miatt, de Budáról egészen biztosan nem autóznék le még 1X!!!
