Review 5：The bathroom was not as pictured on the photos: the old style plastic curtain in the shower was a minus. We were not given our initial rooms, but asked to stay in rooms that have aircon, which would be charged extra if we used it. We did not need to use it in the end as we had cool temperatures for this time of year. Quite a drive from the centre of Vathy on a bad road.

Review 6：The breakfast was fantastic - all fresh ingredients, home-made, a real treat. The view from the pool and breakfast area was stunning. A family-run hotel, the staff gave you a real sense of spending time with friends: they were polite, friendly and went out of their way to provide service. The recommendations made by the staff were very good! Loved the stone floors! The private parking made a difference to our convenience.

Review 7：This hotel is a boutique hotel with beatiful view. Rooms were very clean, staff was friendly. Hotel owner Nansy was helpful. She guided us to find beatiful places and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent.

Review 8：The walk into town was a good 15-20 minutes but there was a mini grocery store, and fantastic restaurant ( Tasos Tavern) right on the seawall that had one of the best meals of our trip! Wifi was weak at best.

Review 9：We found everything we needed with this hotel! Wonderful, large room with balcony and kitchette, beautiful view of the bay from and breakfast poolside if you so chose.

Review 10：No bad experiences, our only advice is if you are not hiring a car (which you should consider if you're staying for a while) then be prepared for the walk into town. In the evening it's fine, in the heat of the day this could be challenging for some..

Review 17：Only one tiny thing, the shower was a bit hard to use in our apartment (which was a cheap one) but pretty sure in the more expensive rooms it is good.

Review 18：This place is amazing, we had a view of the pool & sea from our balcony. It is a perfect spot. Only a cheap Taxi from the port and easy walk into town as it is all downhill. The owners are fantastic, Nancy gave us advice on places to see in our short time there and we were not disappointed. The local breakfast was by far the best we had in Greece!!! Highly recommend Scorpios Hotel & Suites.

Review 19：You need to know the hotel is in the north, quite a drive from port of pythagoria...23 euros in a taxi. The downstairs room we were in was a little musty and very basic, wouldnt have wanted to stay more than the two nights. Shower was very basic

Review 22：We loved everything about the apartment. The breakfast was to die for and Nansy was the best. Our holiday was perfect and Nansy was always there to give us a hand. She arranged transport for us as it was difficult to get around without a car and she was always ready to give us tips about the island. She's the perfect host and we were very sad to leave. The view was gorgeous, the place was so peaceful and quiet. Away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Fruit trees and flowers everywhere when we were there. Wish we could stay longer but duty calls. Thank you Nansy Anastopoulou for the perfect holiday getaway.

Review 31：Quiet location yet close to town , but you will need a car. Great water views from the room. Fantastic pool and pool area looking out to sea. Excellent breakfast with different treats each day. Nansey is just the best host.

Review 32：Only thing not perfect was the shower curtain. We are not very big people, but the shower curtain could not fully close, it was too small for us, which meant that the shower was flooded each time we took a shower.

Review 33：The location is very nice, it's quiet but close to Samos city and the view from the balcony over Vathy harbor is stunning. But this is not even the best experience when staying at Scorpios. The breakfast is exceptionally good, not intercontinental, but real greek foods, including the sweets, it was a great experience, we stayed for a week and everyday there were some new things to try, a real pleasure, specially because breakfast is served at the poolbar with the view of the bay! The pool is also clean and big. I should also mention the bed, often in Greece they are too hard for me, but the beds here are perfect, we slept long nights without any pain!

Review 36：What a great Hotel! Reviews were right, their breakfast is unique. The hotel is idealy located near town but far enough to be peaceful. There's a large swimming pool with wifi all around the property. Real value for money!

Review 37：Scorpios is great place where you can relax and enjoy silence and finda perfect view of the Vathy Bay. You can enjoy watching the moon andsea dancing each other during night in a very romantic mood. Very welldesigned rooms are big and have an extra space for a child to spendsome time. The breakfast is really perfect and very similar (almostthe same) to Turkish taste. All in all, it was really wonderful tostay at scorpios.

Review 38：i think that the rest of the hotel was pour.there was a strange smell in the reception area,luckily our room wasn't on that level.the owers were very helpful but you get the feeling that they were running a 5 star hotel.few greek customers,many turkish tourists,not that we had a problem with that.maybe the room was a bit over priced,i'm not sure.

Review 48：The bathrooms are very Greek, with a small shower. But they are in the process of renovating them. Other than that it really is the perfect place for individual travellers.

Review 49：Amazing view of the golf, beautiful and very clean swimming pool, exceptional breakfast, big rooms, nice balcony. Nansy and Takis are the perfect hosts, they make you feel like family, all recommendations they gave us were spot on...ask them for the best beaches, restaurants, sights...they know it all. The guests who stay there are very international, it's nice that no nationality is dominating. Nansy is an artist and the whole hotel is decorated with her beautiful paintings.

Review 52：We stayed at the apartment scorpios from June 26 to July 14. what to say .... the room with kitchen very nice clean and comfortable, with views of the pool and sea. the distance from samos center is about 2 km walk at night is not recommended as some stretches of road are dark and dangerous. owners nancy and her husband are very special people available and courteous. if you love the sun the sea and the Greek cuisine samos for you. go to the apartmen scorpios and suites you will find yourself so well that you will not want to leave. thanks for everything nancy

Review 84：Fabulous - the view from my balcony was amazing, overlooking the sea and the hillside. Nancy was a wonderful hostess - so very helpful with any queries. Her orange marmalade is superb! The town of Samos is around a 30 mins walk - but beautiful scenery all the way. When I went at the very end of the season there were no mini-markets or eateries closer than this. Samos is full of great places to eat, and interesting little streets to wander; lovely beaches to stumble upon. Was sorry that the last ferry was 31st October as I would have loved to stay longer!

Every morning there is a fresh breakfast served with tasty Greek specialities which are homemade, and makes you feel eating mother's breakfast. Everything they serve is fresh, tasty. At every breakfast Mrs.Nansy asked us for what we and our child want to eat. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a balcony with sea view. Everything was very good and especially Mrs. Nansy's hospitality.

Review 92：Not that we didn't like, but to remind the new comers: The rooms and hotel is very clean and well maintained. But don't except something brand new and stylish. To find the hotel first time, it is not very easy as usual in Greek islands. Just call the hotel for help.

Fresh fruit juice is also served at the breakfast.(we even had fresh watermelon juice, which was fantastic) The Hotel owner/staff are great. they are very kind, friendly and it was a pleasure to meet them. The location is very near the city center (about 3-4 min with car, 15 min walking), but very calm and relaxing. The view from the rooms is fantastic. The pool is very clean and also has a fantastic view. The rooms have all the basic necessary kitchen equipment to cook. The hotel has its private parking space. The hotel reads your requests on Booking.com. Our baby cot was ready in our room when we arrived, and this is something not very easy to find. In general, the hotel is the best in price/quality through our Greek island travels. We highly recommend this place.

Review 94：Mini market was a bit far away so would have been great if they could sell few snacks at the pool area, but otherwise loved this place.

Review 95：Loved the hotel- pool area was great and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Wifi worked well, even by the pool. We didn't hire a scooter so it was a fair walk to town but I would strongly recommend hiring something to make it easier. Very peaceful where you are so a great spot to recoup.

Review 97：This is a unique hotel located in a village next to Vathy (Samos-town). The owners of this small complex are wonderful hosts and make you feel welcome from the second to step in. Every morning there is a fresh breakfast served with tasty Greek specialities which are homemade! Everything they serve is fresh, tasty and makes you want more and more. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a balcony with a partly sea view which is stunning from Scorpios. Swimmingpool is big, clean and a welcome cool-down on warm days. The garden surrounded by the pool is very nice with fruit trees and a hammock for the ones who want to relax.
