So , it would be great if all the balconies of the rooms ,up,on the roof ,had some flowers ,plants ,or something to protect you fromthe sun.so one ,can easily sit out to drink ,enjoy the view ,or read hispapers. :)

Review 5：Iam very bad in my reviews generally speaking,but this resort issomething out of any imagination.they sattisfy a n y request you mayhave.from the first to the last moment .the personnel is more than f a nt a s t I c .always with the smile ,always available for any request onemay have. Review 6：It was not very very clean as I saw that the bat tub was not cleanedwell everyday or dusts existed on the desk on the bedside table thatwere not cleaned. It said the the children 2-12 ages staying with theexisting beds were free. I missed the existing bed detail and on thelast day charged with additional 500 Euros although my daughter neverused the additional bed. I would much more prefer that thisinformation is provided at the check in rather than later on whichmade me very upset.

Review 7：The resort was big and offered different activities. There was no probleof finding a sunbed or umbrella. There were plenty of spaces near thepool. 2 beaches, one of which was nicer than the other. Kids club wasfun for my 7 year old daughter. Food was ok, not exceptional.

Review 10：The territory of the hotel is quite big. Probably not very many treesbut instead the open view of the sea is perfect. Two very good beaches.One with big wave-cutter where you can swim even when in the open beachthe waves are too big. The food was very good and the variety of thechoice of dishes was even bigger than we expected. The rooms in the mainbuilding are not very big but each room with a sea view has a terracewith a table and two chairs. The bathroom is a bit minimalistic (noseparate shower cabin and no bide, instead of soap and bath cosmeticsonly overall shampoo-gel on the walls at the hand-tub and bath-tub). Thehotel is a little bit far from both cities Heraclion and AgeosNickolaos. One way to either of them by taxi will cost you 60-65 euro.The staff of the hotel was always very freindly and helpful.
