Review 1：Pool was not operational and had not been in operation for 2 months.i would have cancelled if I had known this and chosen alternative. They need to inform guests.

Review 7：I booked two rooms together and was disappointed my children were on floor 3 and I was floor 2. The breakfast selection and the bar facilities were less than I expected but I don't normally stay at 3 star hotels so probably why. Also very disappointed that the pool was shut.

Review 8：Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was spotless. Towels so fluffy, beds really comfy. Comfy seating area with piano in bar was pleasant surprise.

Review 9：Bathroom dark and small (but functional). Shower weak and v smelly shower drain (but we only stayed 2 nights and not worth complaining). Machine generated cappucino at breakfast. Small balcony rendered pretty much useless due to air-con unit taking up half the space and expelling warm air (but would rather that than no air-con and great for drying towels/swimwear).

Review 10：V clean. Spacious,light modern interior areas. Excellent exterior areas for sitting whether in sun or shade. Good 15m pool for swimming (but deep for v small kids). Air-con in bedroom v much needed. Close to (busy) beach and road but traffic noise not bad.

Review 11：We booked this hotel because it advertised that all rooms had a seaview....BEWARE..THIS Is not true!!! Our first room had a view of thebuilding next door..when I asked where our seaview was I was told thatif I stepped onto the very tiny balcony and leaned out..I Would seeit. We were moved to another room and the view was totally obscured bytrees. I believe that booking.com should ask this hotel to take thatfalse statement out of its add. We would never have chosen this hotelotherwise. We were mislead and that is selling something that youdon't have...
