Review 1：I have terrible payment experience on this hotel that i need to share everyone who wants to stay in this hotel. After i checked out at Emily Hotel. I gave my credit card and and paid the nightly stay. I stayed only one night. After i come home, i checked my credit card information and saw there are 3 times recurring payment in this hotel. I wasterrified because this is the first time i saw this situation and this was unacceptable. Then first i contacted hotel, and they told me they are wrongly made 2 transactions(i dont understand how this happened) and they claimed they made cancellation of these 2 transactions. I told them there is no cancellation i cant see any cancellation of process or refunding the money. So i talked with my bank and booking.com and i served them proof of my credit card information. Then hotel told me they are going to me refunding. Refunding process took somehow 10 days or something and i had to contacted my bank, booking.com and emily hotel at the same time and that frusturated me. This thing shouldnt happen for anybody.

Review 11：The owners are very hospitable. They are so friendly and sincere. The hotel is in a quiet and calm street. And it is very close to the center and marine.

Review 13：It was excellent value for money. Very centrally located, the hotel is a bit old but very clean and easily accessible. Harry & Emily were simply wonderful and give a homy atmosphere to the place. Next time I visit Samos, I will absolutely stay here again.

Mrs. Emily woke up earlier just for me to prepare my breakfast because i had to leave very early. The location is excellent and there is a parking available and also free wi-fi. The location is within a few minutes' walk of downtown, yet away from the noisy center. Our room was quite comfortable with balconies on two sides and plenty of space.

Review 23：Evie is an amazing person and goes out of her way for her guests. The breakfast is lovely and homemade and the location is quite peaceful. Don't be put off by reviews that it is away from the city centre. It is quite accessible and the morning transfer to the city is really good. The pick up from the port by Vassilli is really helpful too as the port is quite a distance away.

Review 31：The hotel owner came onto me my first night, and the second night drugged my drink just before the end of the World Cup game I was watching in the lobby with him and some other people. Luckily I made it back to my room, but single female travelers beware!

Review 35：The hotel suited out purpose of a one night stay before heading off to Ephesus. The rooms are simple and relatively comfortable. Location is only 500 metres from the port. Breakfast was adequate and served personally with a smile which was great in the morning. would recommend for an over nighter as meets all requirements and was reasonably priced. Hosts were friendly and helpful.

Location of the hotel is very good, very close to the centre of the town and also to the town beaches (one of the best known town beach - Gagou beach is reachable by walk approximately in 10 minutes). We would really recommend this hotel as a good starting point for trips.
