Country House Podere del Priorato sells fast on our site. Podere del Priorato is a charming farmhouse that has been completely renovated to offer modern rooms and apartments. It is 5 minutes' drive from the Orbetello Lagoon Nature Reserve.
This eco-friendly former farmhouse is surrounded by vineyards and sunflower fields. It is ideal for reaching Orbetello, Monte Argentario and Isola del Giglio by ferry.
Accommodation has modern country-style furnishings including wood floors and LCD TVs. All rooms are air conditioned and feature a minibar, while the apartments have a kitchenette with dishwasher.
Homemade cakes and local produce are served at rich breakfast each morning. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and free parking is also provided. A car is the best way of getting around.

Review 3：Podere del Priorato is an amazing place with style, personality and sophistication. From the huge garden to the interiors of the rooms, it's perfectly designed and worked out until the last detail. We felt like home from the very moment we arrived. The owners are very friendly and take care of everything you need, including the breakfast :), which is fantastic (and different everyday). If you want to eat at great restaurants in the evenings, ask Moreno for tips, he knows all the good places around :).

Review 4：Podere del Priorato is a very well maintained, clean, contemporary-styled hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff you'll ever meet. It is set in the beautiful Tuscan countryside of Albinia, a 10-15 minute drive from both the Giannella and the Feniglia beaches. Breakfast was a delicious display of both savory and sweet options for all palates. Very highly recommend this place. Do however remember to pack some insect repellent as the bugs there are quite vicious.

It would be nice if they had some simple food service available in the evening for guests who don't want to cook, or go out for dinner, and just want to relax in the beautiful surroundings.

Review 35：The property is beautifully landscaped and the suites are spacious, beautiful and relaxing. Views from both balconies are tremendous! The beaches near Orbetello are only a short drive away. The nearly medieval town of Magliano in Toscano is a short drive away and is incredible to visit with amazing views. The staff is tremendous! They gave us a lot of information before we arrived, and made dinner reservations for us. During our stay they were very helpful recommending a great beach. We got a parking ticket that they helped us make payment arrangements as we don't speak Italian. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchen are well designed and very modern and have all the amenities you need. The common areas and gardens are gorgeous and lovely for relaxing. We would definitely stay again! We didn't pay for the breakfast, but we did see the tables of food and it looked delicious.

Thegarden was well kept and with possibilities to sit on your own and enjoythe shadow from the tall trees. We received very good help to findrestaurants with good italian food in the nearby small villages. Onlyabout 20 minutes by car to beach. We will be back!
