Review 1：The balconey was torn off, when I arrived at night checking in, I opened the door and almost stepped out before I saw there was nothing there. Very dangerous.

Review 2：It is the worst hotel we ever booked. The hotel is a building site and you hear a lot of noise. The owner is unfriendly and there is no organization. There is high humidity in the rooms and mold. You can hardly breath in the bathroom. Everything is old and the air condition is leaky. The balkonys have no railing its very dangerous if you travel with children. We are glad that we stood only for 2 days...

Review 3：Phone in room didn't work but the owners were very happy for me to use theirs to make local calls. Still unfinished in parts but did not affect my comfort and stay.

Review 4：Location was great. 5 min walk into the port and town of Vathi. Airconditioned, clean, modern, lift made it easy to take suitcases to the upper floors.

Review 5：took 45 mins driving around to find the hotel, it is above the Coffee Lounge ( which should be on their info page ) as there was no signage whatsoever. When mentioned to owner she just laughed and said there is a floor mat at the top of the stairs that says Aria Hotel. Noisy rooms right on a busy room

The room I was given did not look like the photos onbooking.com (but it was ok) The hotel seems to be in a rebuilding phasebut from what I could see seems to have stalled.

Review 13：1) The hotel is under restoration. 2) Poor WI-FI signal and modem should be reset every 30 mins. 3) Towels and bed sheets were very old. 4) Room and air conditioner smell cigarette. 5) Breakfast contains; tomatoes, butter, honey, bread, toast and olive. 6) No personal at all. 7) Images on booking.com don't represent the hotel. 8) It was like an hostel.

Review 14：Just location. It was very close to where the conference was held.

Review 15：We booked a triple room with 3 single beds. However, when we got to the hotel, the room provided to us was with 2 single beds+1 sofa (studio room) We asked for the room we booked (since we're all adults and couldn't sleep on sofa) and they said they're full. Obviously, they rent our room to someone else! Booking.com didn't helped us about the situation either, except giving a small discount. After all, one of us had to sleep on sofa. Not happy about it at all.

Review 16：Because the hotel was in the middle of a remodel it was difficult to see from the outside and not very nice to look at on the inside. However, we were never bothered by workers or noise. The hotel will probably be very nice once it's finished. But for now I wouldn't really recommend.

Review 17：Price was good and walking distance from the town centre- worth a visit!. There is a car rental on the Main Street going towards the centre with good service and great staff. Breakfast was included in the price, typical continental style. No Greek yogurt, a little disappointing.

Review 18：Nothing to do with a boutique hotel. Photos not representative of therooms. The beach shown in one of them is the beach in front of a not sonearby hotel. No tv signal. Weak WiFi signal. Breakfast is served in anon air conditioned room. Dairy products for breakfast use are puttogether in a fridge where all the other dairy products are also stored.

Review 20：It was under construction so it is not ready completely. We couldn't find the hotel because there is no hotel's name on building. Breakfast was poorly.

Review 22：First we were given a better room and then downgraded. The room did not have much of a view. It was actually looking to a wall. Altough breakfast was included with my booking. The staff claimed that I have to pay for breakfast. Smoking is allowed indoors.

Review 23：Best thing with this hotel is the location. It is by the bus terminal so we did day trips to nearby towns. Bus station is 20 meters away from the hotel. Samos town is few minutes walking distance. In 5 minutes you can reach to many restaurants and shops and beaches. Altough there is no sign outside. It was very easy to find the hotel. The rooms are not fancy but clean. Very good value for the amount of money paid. Breakfast was adequate, we enjoyed it. The room was quite.

Review 24：The owner is extremely welcoming and friendly, she went out of her way to make us feel at home! Rooms are lovely with a large bathtub and cute balcony equipped with small washing line. Easy 5-10min walk to all the surrounding shops and restaurants. This would be my first choice of place to stay if I visited Samos again.

Review 44：The hotel was being dismantled for rewiring during our May 2014 stay, but this wasn't a problem. The owners are often off-site, but otherwise were extremely helpful. But having stayed in a good many for work and pleasure, the "boutique" aspect left us chuckling.

Review 55：We came for one night and stayed for four. Maki and her family wereexcellent hosts, with great breakfasts and the one homemade supper wepurchased was delicious. Ignore poor reviews as they are to do withrenovations that are completed, and are done to a very high standard.Most highly recommend this to others.

Review 58：The hotel is under renovation and reduced the quality of my stay considerably. A lift is beeing installed and loose electrical cables were hanging from doorways in the halls. I took some pictures that I can send you. Next to the breakfast room there was a nice sitting room, but a machine made so much noice that it was not possible to stay there. A lot of the time there were nobody at the reception and the keys to the rooms were placed on the desk for everybody to pick up. When I arrived I was met by a smiling and friendly woman. But she did not speak English, so she handed me a mobile phone. The voice on the phone started by pointed out that my credit card did not give the them the possibility to take all the money from my account before I arrived! I was then given a small, dark room at the "basement". I decieded to stay for one night and then move. But the next day I got a bigger room, so I decided to stay. The room was OK, but the kitchen was not very clean. But my main concern is the possible security issue related to the ongoing renovation. Looking at the e-mail that I received after booking says that I had to pay the full amount, even if I decied to move due to securyty concerns. When my passport was returned, the number of the hotel room was written on the front of the passport and cannot be removed. I hpoe that these comments can be of use. I have been coming to Samos regularly for many years, but never have I experienced anything like this.
