Review 1：Would have preferred option for B&B only and to be able to choose where to sit for meals ourselves (same table each meal).

Review 4：Everything. The hotel is in a great location. Family friendly, great facilities (pool, sauna, gym), yummy breakfasts and dinners. Coffee and a cake every afternoon was a beautiful treat after all day walking. The staff is amazing, thank you Greg our waiter for making our breakfasts and dinners even more enjoyable and thank you Mark our tour guide/kids club guru for making our stay more fun especially for our little one.

Review 5：The hotel doesn't have very much outdoor space which with young children we found a challenge. Don't know if we were unlucky but from the family room photos on booking.com we were expecting our room to be a bit nicer & more modern. I think some photos are of junior suites instead. Our bathroom and terrace were v small. Dinner at 7pm is late for young children, food was fine. Room was v hot and no fan available for 2 days!

Review 6：The location in central Seefeld is great, although right by the trainline and it means space is limited. The pool was great and the kids club which could have been great was just missing something...eg. the climbing wall is only in use one hour session one evening per week. The hotel bikes are again - a great idea but only if the bikes are in good working condition. Family room layout was good for 2 adults, 2 children.

Review 7：Told that parking was not guaranteed after staying for 2 nights and then coming back to find no park spaces, they did sort it out and we had to leave car key with reception but not impressed so thats something they need to work on. Also we stayed in one of the 2 bedroom suites but the bedroom off the sitting area did not have any curtains, just a glass wall separating the 2 rooms. Also not nice to see kitchen staff spitting their 'lungs' out outside the kitchen area!

Review 9：The service is great! The staff is very kind and helpfull. It is the ideal place to visit with young children. The food is great!! It is our favourite place to be.

Review 10：Uacceptable smoking policy: smoking is allowed on the balconies which means that you might not want use your own balcony for the smell which also gets into your room! Smoking is also allowed on the terrace outside the restaurant so that smoke gets into the neighboring rooms. There is no space for non-smokers outdoors. The food is well prepared but is very bland. It has was consistently so during the week's stay. Selection of cheese on the breakfast buffet was terrible: only two pre-sliced plastic looking types (or where they one? I did not taste a difference).

Review 11：Very friendly and attentive staff! The hotel is cozy and clean with nice facilities. Seefeld in Tirol is a nice town and good place for summer hiking.

Review 14：Really the only negative point was the looong wait for dinner. It was uncommon to spend 2 hours at the table. We complained and the staff was quick to respond - by serving our kids in the first priority. Wi-Fi coverage and performance could be improved.

Review 15：We enjoyed our stay in Veronika with its comfortable facilities, well prepared activities for children (our were 3.5 and 5 at the time of visit) and the afternoon coffee and cake corner. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the complimentary shuttle service very convenient. The hotel is located close to Roshutte - a relatively large but undemanding skiing area.

We have a 17 month old and keeping him entertained during the 5 course meal was difficult - also went past his bedtime because dinner started at 7! Maybe they could have provided dinner for young families a little earlier?

Review 25：Our room had a twin bed for our daughter that had a good, firm mattress, but the larger bed had a mattress like a marshmallow - definitely needs replacing. Decor is very tired - carpets old, walls need repainting etc. For the price of the hotel, the appearance should be updated in the upper floors. The common area floors (dining/lounge areas, fitness area) are in much better shape than the floors where guest rooms are.

Review 64：Wow...there is no real answer here. Perhaps the parking. It could be tricky but the staff kept your keys and moved the cars as needed. No big problem at all!

Review 65：What is there not to like?! This hotel was fantastic. The service was excellent and exactly what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. They were above and beyond helpful. The staff make it a point to know our name, room number and remember our likes (such as drinks, activities, etc). I would have stayed longer if the holiday had more days!!! This is a hotel where you most assuredly will feel comfortable and welcome. My husband and I travel to many places and generally stay in 4 and 5 star hotels. The Aktivhotel Veronika surpassed even what we have experienced in many of our 5 star hotels. I would go again in a heartbeat. The food was AMAZING! What a selection. To add, the dinner came in "courses". Talk about feeling special. They made it a point to accommodate all needs and make certain needed recommendations. The rooms were large and comfy (we had a junior suite). I loved arriving to a room where a furry mink blanket and pillows were waiting. They also had ideas for activities and such. Upon leaving, they made a point to all say good-bye with a handshake to add to that. Wonderful and amazing experience.

Review 66：the hotel was wonderful, the staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Could have been closer to the ski runs but we were taken to the slopes by the hotel's 'bus'. The food was excellent also. Would love to return in the Spring/Summer as I am sure it is beautiful.

Review 80：The biggest disappointment was the food (5 course dinner), which had received good reviews. Not surprisingly, the highlights were the gala dinner on Saturday and the buffet dinner on Monday, but otherwise it didn't live up to the expected 4* standards - the salad selection being especially limited. The TV had the usual analogue cable service with mainly German/Austrian/Italian channels and 3 English speaking channels (BBC World, CNN, Eurosport) - this was not surprising but we later found that other guests had additional BBC channels.

Review 81：Having been to Seefeld before we primary chose the Activhotel Veronika for it's location near the railway station and the village centre, which made it a convenient base for walking or catching the train to Innsbruck or into Germany. Our second floor room was spacious and clean with a great view from the balcony. The twin beds were typical Austrian style and comfortable and a request for thinner duvets was acted on promptly. The modern bathroom was clean and well equipped although the shower position resulted in leakage through the screen. The spa area was impressively clean and modern and we swam in the pool every day. The lounge/bar area was comfortable and relaxing and free coffee/tea and cakes were served every afternoon. Bar prices were generally reasonable and similar to other bars and cafés. The staff were friendly with most speaking adequate English and the restaurant service was good. The reception staff were especially helpful in dealing with our luggage which arrived a day late.
