Review 1：Breakfasts were a bit of a let-down, for example, scrambled eggs ended up a bit of a gooey mess. While sympathetic to the plight of refugees and migrants landing on the island, the increasing numbers staying at the hotel in the last few days of our two week stay there meant that service waned slightly due to the volume needing to be accommodated.

Review 2：Beautiful location and wonderful waking up to the sound of waves rustling the pebbles on the beach. A first class staff who couldn't do enough for us. Excellent meals but note my comment re breakfast. Beautiful, clean spacious room with views to the sea and the north coast of Samos and a nice spacious balcony. Excellent services. Great value hotel. Our best value for money hotel of our 6 week trip.

Review 3：Hotel is in need of renovation. There are no hooks for towels in the bathroom. There is no hair dryer in the room, you have to ask at the reception. Extremely bad wi-fi, works only in the reception area. Bad breakfast - only coffee is good and bread, yogurt and watermelon are of good quality, the rest is cheap junk. The same can be said about the dinner - it was poor, both food and the musician. Badly organised food court - people are bumping into each other trying to get food for breakfast or dinner. VERY hard water - it is almost impossible to wash the soap out. It is not worth 99 EUR per night. Taverna on the beach is of average quality too.

Review 4：Nice bay with good beach, beautiful view from the window, quiet. Helpful and friendly stuff. NIce antique touches in the halls, like old cabinet, grammophon, etc. Close to the city, possible to walk to local restaurants and a bus station. Spacious room.

Review 9：Many stairs at this hotel to get to restaurant, there is an elevator and ramp to get from Road to Reception/Rooms. WiFi in lobby location only. Shower, small - step over bath style, hand hold hose/Euro style only. Pay sunbeds only at beach, not free for guests - approx. 10 Euro pp. No pool, but I believe a private one was being built for villa/superior rooms only.

Review 10：This hotel at Gagou beach is a great 3 star value option in Vathy, the capital of Samos. Location is great about 5-10 min walk to town. Beach on doorstep. Street parking at front of property. Staff in the restaurant - especially Fani the Manager and her team are very accommodating for all requests! It's a great location because you are on the beach, but only a short walk from town. Mini-supermarket 5 minute walk near by. We would recommend hiring a car once arriving at the airport - so you can get to the hotel from the airport, then drop back at the airport. Taxis charge a flat fee which is quite high (25 EUR?) for a short 20 minute airport drive to hotel.

Review 11：Renovation work was still on going and disturbing. Especially, bathrooms was not complete. Blocked bath drains, no place to fix/hang the shower, nothing to hang/put the towers. I hope those are planned to be fixed in coming days, otherwise it is too poor.

Review 19：We have reservations for two days. Yes we chose nonrefundeable price. But because of the bad sea wheather conditions our ferry did not go samos from kuşadası. So we did go to hotel and we lost one day. When we explain this. Hotel reseption's man said to me . You have choised unrefunded price and It is not problem. I wrote this problem to booking com . But they did not silve this problem. So we stayed there one night and we gave two nights price

Review 31：The receptionist Dimitris made our stay as nice as he possibly could . He and his colleague ( don´t remember her name) was very helpful in every way. We could also arrange with Dimitris that he could get us from the airport by car and he came in person and gave us a ride when his colleague was occupied . The place was perfect for sun bathing . Because of the bay , no huge waves came to shore. It was a good place to snorkel also. Good service on the beach. We could order souvlaki plate greek salad drinks and other meals directly from the guys who rented out the sunbeds. The prices for the sunbeds was also good. 45€ for a week for 3 sunbeds and 2 umbrellas. We had simply the best time !

Review 32：The bathroom was quite small. There was barely place to move within the bathroom. Plus, bathrroms should definitely be renovated.. Breakfast wasnt good either? While the hotel provided to wide range of food, the quality was poor (especially tea). The staff is also not helpful the way it should be.

Review 36：We were a bit dissapointed when we saw the room and how average it was. The bathroom, especially the shower was tiny. Only good part of the room was the balcony and the amazing sea view. In our reservation, all meals were included. Breakfast and dinner were open buffet. The food was good and different everyday. But the problem was flies. There were no covers on the plates. We even warned the waitresses about this. For the lunch, they said there was an electrical problem so we couldn't order from the menu, which was fine. But on the last day, we saw some "paying" customers ordering from the menu when we couldn't, which was frustrating. The bathrooms on the lobby floor was not cleaned regularly, we warned the reception about 4 times, but it didn't made any difference. To conclude, i don't think this was a good value for money. I also think this hotel management seriously needs to change their principles and how they run this hotel.

Review 37：We stayed there between the dates 26 - 29 July 2014. The location is amazing, being able to use the sun beds and the hotel facilities for free was one of the main positive points about our stay. It is located near Gagou Beach, which is amazing. The city center is about 10-15 minutes walk, which can be exhausting during the day, but you can easily get a taxi. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Also about the renovations, it was still going on. But i don't think it was that noisy.

And that one you even need for the airconditioning.- We had to call the reception for shampoo and shower gel, it was not available in the bathroom. - Even considering that we stayed only for two nights, I have the opinion that it is just normal to clean the room and make the beds. Nobody entered the room... - I would recommend a hotel in Kokkari or Pythagorion. Much nicer villages than Samos city, and you need to rent a car to discover the island anyway. If you really want to stay in Samos city, I can recommend this location, just out of the city center.
