Review 1：The mosquito net didn't reach over all three of the beds. But we kept the mossies out by closing the balcony door (might be too hot in summer to do this).

Review 2：Location is great. Friendly helpful hosts. Great view from balcony of our attic room. Small kitchen so you can cook if you want to but there are restaurants and bakery next door with excellent food so why bother! Note: is also well set up for families.

Review 3：Accommodation is sweet and clean, even though room for 4 (in our case) was a little small. Location is excellent and our host was very welcoming and helpful. He provided us with maps, info about closest beaches, good restaurants - he even gave us a free 6-bottle pack of water. Parking is provided on-site or nearby location in olives grove. Good choice and warm recommendation. Definitely would go there again.

Review 12：The pension is situated in the center of Tsoukalades, near 2 supermarkets, a bakery, a nice restaurant. Everything is clean, the mini kitchen is well equipped, rooms are big enough, balcony the same. They have a second free parking place just few meters away from the pension (if you really want, you can see your car from the room). Also there is a parking place (for 4-5 cars) just in front of the building. Wi-fi was acceptable, the owner, Pedro told us that next year he will improve wi-fi signal. By the way, Pedro is a very nice host, he helped us with map, island orientation and everything you need. He's very willing to help you, to make your stay perfect; it's a perfect quality/price ratio pension.

The rooms are cleaned every day. Rooms have everything you need. The balcony is nice. It is situated on the main road in Tsoukalades. The bed is soft and nice, the wifi speed is good.

Review 18：We arrived at 11pm. Took a taxi to Pansion FIloxenia paid around 40 euros. We were greeted by Pedro who was very accomodating and warm as a person. The only time spent in the hotel was when we slept. most of the time, we were at the beach or a boat trip. Sooo Muchhh Fun!!! plus, Pedro can wash your clothes for you!

Review 20：The hotel is located high on hill in a village Tsoukalades, just few kilometers from best beaches on the island ( we were almost every day in beautiful Agios Nikitas village beach- 4 km away from hotel) and Lefkada city ( about 3 km from the city). The studio has four bets, balcony with table and four chairs and is equipped small kitchenette and decent bathroom with shower. Host Pedro is kind and very social person always ready to help. When my younger daughter has sun fever, he gave us thermometer and insisted to bring her at his domestic doctor. Even we he has no available rooms to let, he will do his best to find nearby proper accommodation for occasional passengers. We wish all the best to Pedro and his family. Every recommendation!

Review 21：Everything is for 10, but the best things is CLEANNESS and hospitality of host. The location is very good. I have to commend the women whose clean rooms. They also change towels and bedding every second day.

Review 23：Board is exceptional , we felt mins ! Mr Pedro (host) is super, we stayed at your disposal day and night. It was even tour guide . He gave us free map totate island beaches , sightseeing and how to get there. The rooms are clean , are cleaned every day. They are equipped to forks , glasses, etc. I highly recommend !

Review 24：Private parking has a lot of space under olive trees. Every day was cleaning. There's good location near the Lefcas, and two good wild beach without people.(Ask Pedro where these beaches)

Pedro, the host, was very nice and attentive to our needs, always asking if we need any help or assistance, and doing his best to make our stay a most pleasant one. Room was good and clean, they would change the sheets and towels every other day. We had wifi available in the room. Private parking space available nearby, i could see the car from the balcony. Review 42：We had a very pleasant stay at Pansion Filoxenia. First of all, Pedro is a great host! He's always making sure his guests are enjoying their stay. The location is very good; just 5 minutes by car to the nearest beach and 15 minutes to the well known Kathisma beach. Lefkas is some 10 minutes away. There are plenty of places to eat close to Pansion Filoxenia and also a minimarket and a bakery. Overall, excellent value for money!

Review 46：The location, the price we payed. The rooms. The island, the beaches in one word Lefkada. The apart hotel is well situated on the main road from Lefkada City. There is a bakery, a super market and a taverna within 50 meters. The rooms are more than OK, typical Greek studio rooms. Everything looks new and very well maintained. No problems with parking or getting anywhere from the hotel. The owners (Pedro and his wife) are always ready to help. Gave us good tips and info for the cruise, waterfalls and Lefkada beaches. They did everything they could for us to be happy (we asked for another room, closed to our friends and away from a family with noisy kids). We could very well stayed in the first room, but I asked if it was possible and surely it was.

Review 51：I just came back from Lefkada. I booked at this location and it was the best choice. Location is excelent, in the north of island, so it was very easy to go to Lefkada town every evening and to the beach during the day. The room was clean up every day, Mr Pedro and his wife are very friendly and helpful,i am gonna miss them a lot.We have access to the wash machine , that was a great thing to me because the clothes were full of salt from the water and it helped me to clean them up very quickly. I love that we have a small kitchen in the room so i could make my coffee in the morning or hot milk for my kids. I really recomand this location. I spent great time here and i will came back next summer, mr. Pedro for one month.

Review 60：Great location- short drive to Lefkada town. Central to beaches. Very clean. Easy access to parking. Didn't have to fight for warm water at peek times! The owner was very hospitable and treated us like family. He was very helpful with our rental car problems. Quiet "village" feel with great local shops. The bakery next door, was a great start to the day. We stayed in many Pensions when in Greece, and by far this was our favorite! Can't wait for our next visit!

Review 65：We spent in this place one week. everything was perfect. The room was cleaned everyday, the towels were changed every two days. Pedro and his wife were very kind and did everything to make our stay a pleasure. Pedro told us in very details about the Lefkada, the beaches and the most interesting things the we could see. When we needed additional pot or a beach umbrella we just asked him, it wasn;t any problem. I strongly recommend this suite.

Whatever we ask for they were solving very good. As the building is a village apart from the main town a good rest is assured in the evening. And well placed near the main road, driving to all the beautiful beaches is also easy, of course after listening to the recommendations given by Pedro who knows every detail on his island. Near the pension you can find some very good restaurants, a supermarket and a backery. The pension and the rooms are very clean – towels have been changed each day, the linens every two days. You also have the possibility to use the washing maschine. The best about Filoxenia are the owners Pedro and Ani. They are very friendly and helpful. Review 79：Pedro is a great host and he does everything in his power to make his guests feel comfortable. He had free apartments and he offered us a bigger apartment than the one we booked. Very clean place, the towels were changed every day and the linens every two days. If you don't want to explore Lefkada with the car, near the pension you can find a nice restaurant with local fish specialities, a supermarket and a pastry. But you'll need a car if you don't want to miss all the marvellous beaches. We had a great vacation. Pedro, you have a big 10 from us!
