Review 1：Wouldn't like too stay for longer as Sissi has become very touristy since I last came 20 years ago !

Review 3：I've been qute a few time to Crete but have never been that disapointed from a hotel. .Hotel Sossi Bay and Wellness Club is library, published as a spa resort, with finess club, free WiFi, sound proof rooms, a safe etc., accompanied by tempting photograps. In reality what we got was a small motel room, with "sea view" of a road and electric ables hanging from poles. There was no beach, the room smelled, nothing except a small bar of soap was provided in the bathroom, the back door didn't lock, and when we wanted to call the reception to notify, we found out the phone in the room doesn't work either. After a while (nobody was in the reception) we found out there is no WiFi in the rooms, and an extra charge is due for the safe. In the evening there was loud music above our room that proved to be anything but "sound proof" and we couldn't sleep. The fitness club proved to be a small poorly equipped room, and the breakfast for which we paid extra 25 euro, wasn't worth even the third of the price in any local restaurant. We felt cheated, but when we told some locals about they were hardly surprised. "It's the . worst hotel in Sissi", they told us. .

Review 5：the cleaning generally of the entire hotel, the food at the breakfast: all the time the same, no fruits even we saw it in several outside shops, all extra must be paid (for example if you want a fresh orange juice you pay for it) if you want a expresso instead of a normal coffee you pay for it... etc

Review 9：Tiny TV from 1980s, appears to be the norm for Crete though. Safe for a fee, but too small to hold laptops/large tablets (room and area were very safe though). Also, few amenities in the room (for the price I'm not complaining, just thought it would be good for others to know): only two small bars of handsoap for the week, tea service consisted only of kettle and 2 mugs, no cutlery/plates in kitchen (but there are multiple stores nearby to get these things for decent prices). Although we did have a nice proper (large!) bathroom, I was not able to take a shower without getting water all over the floor (it ran around one side of the tub onto the floor). There is a drain, but it didn't drain well, so we had to help it along. The cleaning staff always left it pristine for us though, I still felt bad about leaving a puddle for them.

Review 10：The staff were great- all very friendly, helpful and cheerful, made the stay even nicer. The room was basic (we had a junior suite, spaceous with a large bathroom/shower), a beautiful view of sea/garden on the large balcony. Nice to have seating on the balcony and the drying rack was handy. Very clean rooms, the cleaning staff were brilliant, good breakfast selection, good A/C. The jacuzzi pool is the best invention in the history of hot places. I could've spent all day in that thing (cold water with bubbles). look for the buttons on both sides of the jacuzzi. Mini-fridge was so handy for cold drinks in the room. Sissi is quiet and relaxing, short walks to nice beaches, good to have car park and visit the sites (and better beaches recommended by staff) further away. Good value for money.

Review 11：you can't swimm in the sea from the hotel. sandy beach is 5 min away anyway, but it wolud be nice to have a swim from the hotel.
