Review 1：Heating was broken in our room and the staff were unable to fix it. Went on for several hours before we were brought a radiator. Nice staff, but hate being cold. wifi was also very slow.

Review 5：The bathroom door in the room was broken - one of us got locked in. The dinner at the restaurant was a bit disappointing - several things on the menu were not available. The restaurant staff could speak better English.
Review 6：The location inside the marina is great. Probably the best buffet breakfast selection on Lefkada. The staff were pleasant and had no problem giving us our room early in the morning on the day of check-in.

Review 8：We enjoyed so much about Ianos Hotel. The location was great, a minute's walk from the marina into Lefkada proper. The pool area was lovely - the food we ordered was reasonably priced and of excellent quality. The room itself was very clean, with all facilties and linen in excellent order. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast of tea, coffee, fruit, savory and sweet pastries, toast, cereals and more. We would definitely stay here again and confidently recommend it to others.

Review 12：Excellent position on the Marina after a week on a yacht. We arrived at 9am and we were able to move into super clean and comfortable rooms by 10am. The hotel had everything we needed for an overnight stay and we were able to use the lovely pool, showers etc from noon checkout until departure for Preveza at 4pm. Will use it again when we sail from Lefkada next year.
Review 13：We only needed the room from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and put that in reservation, room wasn't ready until after noon hour. Seems like they would have had one room clean by 10. or should have advised after booking that room would not be available until after noon hour.
Review 14：Very handy for a stay the night before or after charter. Walking distance to town (5 minutes) Directly in Marina with shops, ATM and super market. Nice pool area, lovely lobby/sitting area with free WiFi. Room and bathroom clean, nice shower.
Review 15：Noisy due to construction works, even in the evening. Breakfast is basic, as everywhere in Greece. WiFi was practically not working in the rooms, it was explained that the failure is due to construction.

Review 17：Sunday evening arrival accompanied by steel cutting and concrete drilling until 10 pm beneath my window. No response to complaint other than "will finish soon" Refurbishment to interior meant poor air quality on ground floor. Staff smoking in reception and bar/eating area meant that on opening bedroom door to leave you were greeted with smell of stale tobacco.

Review 21：The hotel stank of cigarette smoke 24/7. The gaps under the bedroom doors allowed the smoke from smokers in the lounge area to filter into the bedrooms. As the smokers stayed in the lounge until the early hours, it was necessary to put towels across the bottom of the bedroom door to stop the cigarette smoke coming in. Also at 40euros per night you would expect the rooms to be cleaned and a change of linen to be provided. It was not because the staff had weekends off. Breakfast was a poor effort and unappetising.

Review 27：Stayed for two nights after sailing trip when boat lifted out.Grandparents stated in double room with terrace as free upgrade and wehad family room for 2 adults and 6 month old baby. Had requested travelcot which was in room when we arrived and brand new condition. Bothrooms had fridge and freezer, ideal. No kettle for Brits be warned!Staff very helpful and friendly. Comfortable and clean. Late checkout atno extra cost was useful as flights to uk at night. Pool is excellentaltho can't access direct from terrace. A very good hotel by Greekstandards and for a lot less than a travellodge at home.
Review 28：2 or 3 days the water was a bit cold, at about 6-8 in the evening when we returned from the beach, nothing else bothered us.

The swimming pool was very busy at times due to people from the marina using it, for which it is very convenient. Good breakfast. Good for a brief stay.
Review 34：The owners and all their family are present permanently in the hotel and really give the impression to us of being tolerated in their private house. We crossed(spent) 2 weeks in 5 in this hotel and have never had one hello or a single word. Very different treatment(processing) according to the nationality of the customers (Greek or not Greek).
Review 35：The hotel is in need of an upgrade, especially the bathroom. Bedroom has no tables, shelves or nobs for your clothes and things. Cleaning was poor both at check-in and during our stay. Breakfast only with the most basic food - and cold coffee.

For a non smokerit was disgusting. Of the 5 nights I spent there (had I not beenobliged to pay if I cancelled I would not have stayed after the firstnight) I only had hot water one night and one morning, the rest of thetime it was lukewarm or cold. I booked this place because of theprospect of the pool in their photo - it was empty except for a puddleof stagnant water that attracted many hungry mosquitos, into theoutside breakfast area (where I was forced to sit to avoid thecigarette smoke)and the guest rooms!
