Review 1：Bus station in Lefkas (KTEL) is quite a distance from the hotel when carting luggage in the heat, in hindsight should have taken a cab for the sake of Euro 6.

Review 2：The hotel is well located, we had a great view overlooking the waterway. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the elevator was quite handy in regards to our luggage.

Review 3：White towels are grey and look old. Breakfast was below average. Bed wasn't very comfortable. €88 for accommodation in Sep is way too expensive for this hotel.

Review 5：Room tired, We were with a group and every room was different. Only one was acceptable. No soap. some rooms had balconies of various sizes and views. TV didn't work.

Review 7：The room was around 13-15m2, meaning that the head if one person is touching the feet of the other. The bath tub, stopped working after 5min, so we have to splash water in order to have "kind of a wash". There is not any any any chance to sleep before 4am, because the balcony frots the main street. All the luggage has to be put on the balcony (and we had just 2 bags and 2 smaller shoulder bags) because the room is out of "walking" space. The breakfast is so poor, that the choice is between margarine and marmelade, with some bees around the bread. We just praid the night to be over, grab some water from the "swedish" table and run away! However, Lefkada is nice iceland, with great views and beaches. But this hotel is a nightmare!

Review 9：Phone didn't work and they did nothing about it. Also even though I booked long ago and they took the money straight away the room I got had no view and very small.

Review 10：The internet is spotty at best in this hotel, and the breakfast was average, but I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 11：This hotel had a great location right next to the beautiful marina and right in the middle of a great little village of restaurants and shops. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was spotless. Very nice rooms! Great location for beautiful sunsets!

Review 12：Some of the "city view" rooms cannot be considered as part of a 3 star hotel. The elevator is too small to be of help. We ended up using the stairs all the time. Wifi reception in the (expensive) top floor rooms is poor.

Review 16：We were a party of 3. 1 adult and 2 teens. I requested 3 single beds but found a double and pull out on arrival. I requested that they split the bed but they ciuldnt get two single mattresses. I was more unhappy with the difficulty this seemed than the circumstances and ended up settling for separate linen. A third set of pillows was more difficulty and we had to remind them to bring a remote control for the aircon. Unsatisfactory that we were made to feel we were being unreasonable. I was told on checkout we had been given an upgrade. Didn't feel like it.

Review 17：Location was great. Close to marina, restaurants and shopping.

Review 18：Right in the heart of the action: dining, shopping, sightseeing and boat-watching. Fabulous bar area with full-size windows open to the street for the people-watchers. Wide selection of food for breakfast. Staff ready to service all requests.

Review 21：I just don't expect smoking at ALL in hotels - and the smoking rooms aren't serrated by floor. So I had some smoke smell in my hallway although it did not come into the room. Beds were a bit soft.

Review 32：Awful soundproofing, could hear people talking in the other rooms and walking as well, if you are a light sleeper makes it hard to relax. the wifi signal was a bit weak. The breakfast was so-so.

Review 49：Rude staff. We had two bookings in the same names no id was checked and incorrect rooms were given. A shambles to say the least. Instead of apologizing for their mistake they were faulting us.

Review 52：The breakfast was nothing special, every day the same and really cheap things. Almost no vegetables or fruits. It's ok to stand it couple of days but you get really bored with it if you stay longer. The elevator was not working from time to time and also the balcony could have some equipment to put out your towels and bathing suites to dry.

Review 53：The location of the hotel is great, just next to the centre of the city. Even thought it' s so central, the hotel is quiet and has good soundproof windows so You dont hear the busy street outside. We paid for the more expensive room and it was worth the money. We had great view to the sea and marina and also the AC worked well. Wifi was also ok. Staff helpfull. Near to ktel bus station. Overall it is a good place to stay and good deal for the money, would stay there again.

Review 54：Breakfast was very poor with dirty table clothes and absense of staff in the breakfast area Cleaners kept entering our room every morning while sleeping- all the hotels have the "do not disturb" sign as an option for privacy. Cleaners also kept talking and making noise in the aisles in the morning. Very very poor signal of wifi in the rooms.
