Review 1：We did not realize how remote the location was and with no real "Sea View" rooms at advertised on Booking.com. Upgraded from hotel room to an apartment, however, it was very hard to find it - numbers not displayed or lit up well and we had a lovely view of the playground. Lights on stairway did not come on at night and it was raining and very slippery. We notified staff twice of problem, but lights never came on. Rooms could use new pillows. This facility would be much better to enjoy in the summer with great beach access.

Review 3：No heating in the rooms at the arrival (outside night temperature was 12 deg. C) . I had to call the reception two times before they switched on the heating (remote from the reception). It looked like cost reduction on guests expense. Value for money is far from fair or good.

Review 5：Drinks at the restaurant were very expensive relative to other restaurants / hotels in Croatia. There was a kids entertainment show, but the timing was moved from 8pm to 7.30pm. This was very inconvenient because dinner only started at 7pm. These are minor issues - overall I have little to note as negative about this resort.

Review 6：Excellent grounds, beaches, area. Spacious, comfortable, clean sea and beach. We stayed in an apartment and it was very large with good facilities. Food options were good, but I might have gotten bored of the food had we stayed longer (but there was a big supermarket 7 mins down the road).

Review 7：The location was breathtaking, staff was fabulous, our only regret was that our stay was too short. We traveled without children, but it is a great family friendly resort!

Review 8：-luggage delivery to apartments not well organised - parking area is far from apartments so we had to go with an old and cranky (unstable) luggage trolley for around 300 m to get to our apartment. Better, professional luggage trolley would help significantly. - climatisation in the apartment quite poor - it has been restarting all the time so it was too cold - additional facilities should be offered

Review 9：- food in both restaurants was good - very nice nature - not crowded - nice and cosy apartments -very good ice-cream

Review 10：We needed to replace our beach towels and would have liked to do it daily because we used them to dry our son after coming out of the water. The lady at the reception, however, was being very rude about it and in general there was a confusion about whether clean beach towels are charged extra or not. Upon arrival at the hotel we asked this explicitly and were told that replacements were free of charge and that only extra towels (that is, replacements of lost towels, or a fourth towel) would come at extra charge. However, as our vacation was proceeding, we kept being told something entirely different and eventually this rude lady at the reception told us we can't understand our own language. This whole confusion started when we called the reception to have our towels replaced and nobody came either that day, or the next. Eventually we were told that we were being too luxurious by that same rude lady and that it's very expensive to clean towels. We would not have cared the slightest about the price if we were immediately told truthfully how much we'd need to pay. Furthermore, the price list on the mini bar is outdated and had we not checked our bill at departure, we would have been charged more. Cleanliness is a story of its own. The buildings are fairly new and it's quite sad to see mold accumulating in the corners of the bathroom. It's no wonder, since our whole floor in the hotel (and some rooms on other floors) was cleaned by just one elderly lady - who is doing a great job considering the number of rooms she has to clean each day.

Review 11：Location was excellent. We liked the peace and quiet of the place, especially because we were with our 3 months old child. Food was also surprisingly good and dinner had a wide variety of choices. Also, this place has the best ice cream we've ever tried. I recommend pistacchio.

Review 13：Beautiful own beach with all facilities. Crystal clear shallow water. Friendly staff. Very good food, a lot of choice for breakfast and dinner. The hotel and the rooms are newly renovated and clean. Free indoor pool with turkish bath and finnish sauna. Fairly priced and very tasty pizza and ice cream.

Review 14：Charged for drinking plain water at lunch and dinner. Limited choice of food at lunchtime. Visiting other destinations is not easy without a car (walk some distance to infrequent public bus route, then 1/2 hour ride to nearest connecting routes at Biograd - long transport times on those make it infeasible to manage a 1-day visit other than Zadar.

Review 15：Probably the most beautiful hotel and setting I have ever stayed in. Lovely clean design, stunning little bay and views, immaculately clean beach, woods and seawater. Steam room and sauna; very good buffet and breakfast and dinner, excellent fresh fruit and fish.

Spa & resort manager never calleddespite repeated requests. Our first room was so noisy that we had torequest to move (Mechanical noise).

Review 20：Ants in the room - however it was cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis. Just a consequence of living in a forest. Fire alarm at 6:30am and then repeatedly through to 8am. One morning only but no explanation as to why it happened.

Review 21：Beautiful sandy bay to swim in . Great entertainment team - Petra, Lana and Una did a fantastic job of the kids club, water aerobics and mini disco at night. Very relaxed atmosphere. Very friendly staff.

Review 22：Airconditioning in our room was not as expected ... temperature didn't reach closely to what we want to had in the room. Prices in the resort overall are very high.

Review 23：Stuff was very helpfull and polite. Location was just perfect, very quite place, very clean water. All the people spreaded arround the resort and you didn't feel them at all.

Review 24：The beauty spa was not good. The massage was really lazy with lights on, loud music, cold air-conditioning and the therapist was sitting down for most of it. More like a rub than a massage.

Review 30：The outside pool looks Amazing, But when you come to it - it's very noisy. You can't relax properly Because it's making all those irritating sounds from cleaning devices. Our mini bar didn't work - But they fixed it day after. Only thing we didn't like is that you have to carry your own towels to the spa - its not 4stars service at all.

Review 31：We were staying in hotel. Wellness is Amazing, food also. There is one pizzeria in hotel complex - pizza is great, But i recomend pasta with tartuffi - it's delicious. Sea is crystal clear, the beach is tidy and it's very calm. If you go to the city we recomend restaurant Arkada in the centre - Amazing local Food and staff.

Review 32：Impersonal, overpriced, basic service, impersonal cheap finishes and decor, terrible smell in hall way. Only saw another four couples/ families there in all the time we were there, although on site it was meant to be 90% booked.

Review 35：This is a perfect place for relaxing holiday! The hotel arrangement is very well thought through, meaning great sound proof, minimal unwanted interruptions, individual wi-fi, enough sockets etc. The air smells sea and pines - perfect combination. Food was also was much better than I expected reading comments, especially in the a la cart restaurant. Amazing national parks are close to the hotel and Biograd and Zadar are both very nice towns to visit and to have dinner. We would recommend to rent a car for that. Massages are also very nice. We also enjoyed live music in some evenings, especially the jazz duet. Overall - although we prefer to choose different places for each holiday - I can imagine that we will come back at some point! And we will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends:)

Review 36：The resort store was not open - not easy to get to Biograd for groceries (had to take a taxi). More fresh fruit at the breakfast buffet would be nice.

Review 37：The resort was great, apartments had everything we needed (looked just like the pictures), Pizzeria was a nice surprise, had a great massage, staff was all very nice.

Review 38：Initially the food was poor (we arrived on a Sunday) but this improved and remained good thereafter. Meal times were a little rushed and having teenagers meant that breakfast finishing by ten was a little difficult to get up for! The resort is between 2 towns with pretty harbours so you do need a car to visit them.

Review 39：Resort built around a proper sandy bay (only one in Croatia?). High quality apartments, well appointed and genuinely spacious which are hidden amongst the pine trees and therefore barely visible from the beach area. The planning means that these are stretched around the bay and that no area of the resort is ever crowded. Everything was of a very high standard.

Review 41：Even if families whit kids werr around it was a calm place. They made the best out if this bay whit an area of retreat. So it was the perfect place to relax. If you like outdoor sport its very attractive too. Sailing, diving, snorkeling, hiking and an offroad tour by bike (bike rental in hotel) is a lot of fun. Very friendly staff, nice buffet, modern and convinient appartment which was very clean.

Review 44：Complete rip off for price, stayed on sea in Dubrovnik 5 star for far less. Pay for the villa on water,other guests were complaining of apartments. Charged ridiculous amount for anything extra, pizza ice cream drinks etc way over the top in price with terrible quality. Buffet dinner really bad and don't even offer free water. Wine selection terrible stick to beer. Just felt way over priced for a community camp type stay. No real intimacy to the place.

Review 45：Great little oasis for family holiday with beautiful sea and pool, given the surrounding area. Great breakfast buffet, staff were actually pretty attentive except the tech support guy who didn't like changing tv remote batteries (no tv or wifi password first night as result). Kids had a ball great place to relax if sun is out. Upgrade to villa was great.

Review 46：Cleaning lady could be more responsible, i.e. bring necessary number of towels. Food in the restaurant could be better, we felt it was a little bit boring and a very few choice. We also think that the restaurant was too small for the total number of guests. It was very crowded and busy. Also the lay out of the restaurant should be improved, the teracce is too small, it was far too hot to sit inside.
