Review 1：Hotel policy dictates that guest is charged the price for the roomin advance (7 days prior to arrival). During check-out, they chargeyou again the same amount+city tax and cancel the first payment...5Days later and still waiting for my money. And no, this is not astandard procedure

Review 4：Amazing property with nice staff and loads of things to do - from pool to spa and fitness activities. The girl at the reception greeted us with two cans of local jam :) a trifle, but still pleasant. A comfortable clean room with a kitchen and a balcony stole my heart.

Review 5：Very crowded. The room has very basic equipment (no more than 3 stars). For parking you will be asking an additional of 6 Euro per day. The meals are extra of 64 euro per day.

Review 9：Seefeld and the hotel felt like soulless pastiches of the real thing. Our night in the hotel also coincided with the town's summer concert and as it was hot we had to have the windows open. We were kept awake by loud music and then by very loud drunks until 5:00 in the morning.

Review 17：I did not like that the breakfast was not included, but we ate breakfast at the hotel anyway. The price of breakfast was not announced anywhere but when you have kids and they are hungry you just sit and eat. When we went to pay for breakfast after we had eaten, we were aghast at the price. It was almost the same price as the hotel room.

Review 18：The accommodations and the price were excellent for me. The pool on the fourth floor was a huge hit with my kids.

Review 19：not quite as good as the sauna was the small, very crowded (with devices) workout room. Lots of weight lifting stuff, but only one cross trainer, and one treadmill, is unideal. Four ergometers (three of which were working) did not quite compensate. Still, at least three stars for that aspect from me...

Review 30：I returned to this hotel after 19 years. Although the decor has not been dramatically changed it still looks nice and clean. Maybe the dancing club Tenne would require a bit of refresh but it serves the purpose. For all Onion soup lovers try out the hotel's Á la carte restaurant AM KURPARK. Very, very tasty.

There was one thing that annoyed us intensely which was the entertainment on Friday night which, according to the reception staff and the posters, was supposed to be FREE. We were hassled severely to buy drink and told we should not be there otherwise. It was very unpleasant and left a bad taste. We already had bought drinks in the bar and has not finished them and so were not consuming any more before retiring.

Review 79：Price vs Quality not there! We had to pay a 50 Euro cleaning fee and allthey did was give us fresh towels. They didn't even take our roomservice trays away. The food was pricey. Breakfast was 15+ Euro perperson for a small buffet. I wasn't able to use the fitness facilityfor over an hour as it was filled with children under 12 playing on theequipment. Overall, the price was not worth the accommodations.
