Review 1：perfect position within Lefkas. If coming by bus from Athens make sure they drop you immediately after crossing the canal as the bus station is quite a distance away.

Review 2：The bed was unbearably hard, fortunately we brought a thin memory foam topper with us. With this it was bearable but not comfortable, without it we would have looked elsewhere to stay.

Review 3：Old bathroom, the smell in the room was not so pleasant. Parking is public, on the street and sometimes can be difficult to find a lot nearby. Breakfast should be improved and served full until 10:00 a.m.

Review 8：The staff was only mildly friendly to us as Americans. The room was tiny. The bathroom was tinier, with no shower curtain around a very small bathtub, so the water easily when outside the tub. The mattress was inches thick and felt like sleeping on a box spring. You had to walk sideways to get around the foot of the bed to keep from bumping your toes. The maid made our beds about half of the week. She was in and out of our room within minutes, so very little cleaning was done. The website says "guest laundry services" but it is a lie. There are no laundry services onsite. The front desk was unconcerned that the website could not fulfill our expectations. We were directed to carry our laundry to the other side of town. Don't do it. One load of laundry was 35 euros. We only paid 25 euros and the owner was angry. We were promised that a load would be 15 euros but he changed the price when we came to pick it up. Total rip-off. Breakfast was ok but the eggs were cold most mornings.The serving table does not keep hot food hot, nor cold food cold. I would definitely not stay here again.

The pictures of the rooms donot represent real rooms. Definetely needs total renovation.

Review 13：what a terrible experience. We booked this hotel because we were island hopping for a week and the boat was docked at lefkada. This hotel is well located by the marina. After traveling 15 hours door to door to get there, we had to track down someone in order to check in. Turns out he had walked by us twice and didn't even care until we came up to him to ask if we could check in. After the paperwork was done, he just left us, mentioning our room as an after thought. The key and a remote for the AC was left on the counter on his side and so we assumed it was for us, so we took it. The hotel room was out of the early 90s. The bed was unmade. We had to choose between the sheet as a bed sheet or a blanket. The shower had to be held with one hand. Thankfully we were exhausted after our long trip, otherwise the music from the bars across the street would have been a huge issue. The breakfast was lackluster, we ended up going across the street to eat. I was so thankful I booked a better hotel room on the way back. Our friends stayed there and they were really disappointed especially since it was quite pricey.

Review 14：The bed was very firm

Review 15：The staff were rude and completely indifferent to the guests. Even simple questions (e.g. 'where can we get a taxi?', 'how do we turn on the a/c?') were treated as a great sufferance. Several times there was no-one at the reception and the people working at the hotel restaurant just shrugged when asked when someone would be back at the reception. Getting into the room we found that the beds weren't made and bits of stuffing from the pillows were all over the room (which wouldn't have been so bad had they supplied pillowcases we could use). Strangely, they did all booking and guest information in a couple of old notebooks that they keep on the reception desk. There was a computer there but it didn't seem to get switched on. This is ok I suppose, but considering that there is passport information etc. for the guests, it didn't seem very secure (since they just left the notebooks lying there). Also, if the depressive lady at the desk accidently ashed her cigarette on the books I guess they would lose all their booking information (she was frequently smoking while 'serving' guests). Pro tip: the a/c units in the rooms need a remote control. You can grab one from behind the reception next to the (unused) computer screen whenever the reception is unattended.

Review 16：The location is really good - this is probably the only reason to consider this place.

Review 17：We arrived at 14.15 and our bedroom was not cleaned and still in mess.The behaviour of the People working at the hotel was bad and arrogant (stating that if you don't like the situation just leave the hotel and search for another hotel). Definetely, not helpful people. Sometimes, there was not someone in the reception as the same person was serving at the reception and the bar. Extremely bad quality of the breakfast (In some cases, some kinds of breakfast were left from the previous days and then were served at the next 1 or 2 days). The room was not clean (e.g. bathroom).

Review 20：The WORST hotel we have stayed in. There only 2 rooms that match the photos appearing on the net. All the rest are like a grotesque dump. The rooms are very small, the sowers are from the 18th century with mold on the walls, broken basin, rusty and broken toilet bin, damaged shower curtain, no where to hang the shower and many more reasons why you should stay out in the open instead of this hotel.KEEP AWAY FROM THIS .........

Review 21：Cockroaches in our room. Huge ones! The staff said it was because we opened the window and they flew in (doubt it). The staff did not speak proper english.

Tomorrow we were given the room we paid for, but no one said as much as "sorry", not to mention charging us less for the first night spent in an awful room with the refrigerator so loud and walls so thin that we stayed up all night because of various noises.

Review 38：We had 2 rooms. One of the rooms was on the 4th floor and had clearly had a leak. The cloth headboard filled the room with an overwhelming smell of mildew. Unfortunately, they did not have any other rooms so we had to stay there. Thank goodness it was just one night. Even with the door outside wide open and the AC running on high the smell was overpowering. The management apologized but did not do anything to try to fix the situation.

Excellent seating area outside to have a snack, drink and watch the world go by. Special mention of Ilios who worked so hard, was so friendly, helpful and had a great personality.

Review 46：Fridge& television not working. Booked a double bed got two singes pushed together with single bedding. Quilt, pillow cases and towels all stained. Air con was turned off at reception, they turned it on after 10 mins wait then told us not to use it until later because Greek people sleep at that time of day.. Two pm hottest time!! Shower was also very poor would not adjust.

Review 49：Great location and very friendly staff. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The rooms were clean, the bathroom was small but clean and the shower always had hot water. The beds were hard and the sheets were not soft, the pillows were good. The breakfast was good for the €5. We enjoyed our stay! Lefkada is such a beautiful place. We hired a moped for €20 for 2 days just down from the hotel and rode the island. AMAZING! We were sad to leave.

Review 52：There were several cockroaches in our room. They woke us up climbing up the curtains and falling off again. There was their poop everywhere including all over the sink in the bathroom everyday.

Review 54：We suffered from very loud music from the bar (Karma) opposite the Hotel, also bar in Hotel Lefkas next door - in both cases music started before midnight and continued till 5.15 in the morning - this happened three times when we were there and the management said there was nothing they could do. Apparently the Police are aware of the disruption but unable to stop it .

Review 63：Was very hard to find parking (between 10 and 45 mins searching a place). It's quite noisy; during nights from the pubs near the hotel and during days from the traffic in front. The breakfast was VERY .. cheap ... ; The wifi was hardly working ...

WiFi is only available on the ground floor and in the hallways, and in order to catch the signal must go out into the hallway outside the room, and if you are on a higher floor must often descend one floor below. Last year we stayed at Lefkas, which is right next to the hotel Nirikos who neupredivo quality ranging from the quality of rooms, service, hospitality staff, variety of breakfast. The only advantage of this hotel is spacious and tereasa view. All in all, if you have a dilemma, select Lefkas hotel that offers more for about the same price.

Review 69：Hotel: There is not the slightest connection shown in the pictures. The furniture is old and broken, the bed is not comfortable, bathroom is very small and it looks like it is made 20 years ago. On the floor it looks like a wood floor, but it is ceramic tiles. Comfort: Sleep only 4-5 hours due to loud music. For two nights we heard a couple having sex with loud screams. Breakfast: Better without. Execrable, you have nothing to eat, not even a good omelette. Staff: For seven days I did not hear any "good day", just in the last day after I paid she wished me to have a pleasant holiday.
