Offering direct access to its free equipped beach through a cool pine wood, Residence Pineta is set on the coast between Talamone and Porto San Stefano. It offers self-catering rooms and apartments and its own restaurant.
Accommodation here is modern and features brightly coloured walls and air conditioning. Each one features a hideaway kitchenette, an LCD TV with satellite channels and private bathroom. They have either a balcony or direct access to the garden.

Review 1：The beach opens on 10AM and closes at 7PM. There is no English menu at the restaurant, but we had help from the waitress to translate.
Review 2：The place is in the forest, right at the sea. The private beach was excellent, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. Also, you can stay on it even after check-out. Staff was very nice at the reception & the restaurant, and spoke English very well. Parking place was perfect. There is a good restaurant on site, it's worth a try for dinner.
Review 3：Breakfast is sweet only and monotone. Coffee is terrible. Location is next to a highway; can be noisy, especially in nighttime, if your room happens to face it. No internet and laundry available, though a nearby camping has free wifi and a self-service laundry.
Review 4：A nicely looking hotel includes a small park and a private beach with facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful. Nearby Albinia can be reached by walking.
