Review 1：I would suggest that staff wear some type of corporate uniform as it was difficult to distinguish guests from staff.

Review 2：The penthouse apartment was amazing, 2 X large bedrooms, huge lounge and fully equiped kitchen. Also 8 X balconies with 360 degree views.

Review 3：There is a dress code for dinner on main restaurant, it is so strict they didn't even let me get in with my canvas short. I did not expect this, there was no warning either during reservation. So I had no trousers with me since I was planning to be on holiday. We needed to go to a la cart restaurants each evening. It was like an unpleasant cold shower for us. We stayed 4 nights but they did not even change our towels for once, cleanliness of bathroom was not so good either. Entertainment is for older people and all in German, especially not good for kids. There is only one towel desk and is closed until 10 am , so if you're an early bird like me then better you keep your beach towel with you overnight.

Review 9：The hotel is a German hotel so therefore the majority of the guests are German and the entertainment provided is also German. The hotel is situated to far from any town to allow you to go out for maels and drinks there fore the hotel has a monopoly on this and the preices are quite high even for a 4/5 star hotel.

Review 12：My partner and I were pleasantly surprised with this fantastic resort!! The staff are so friendly and nothing is to much trouble for them. The rooms are clean and airy. We enjoyed the buffet breakfasts and variety of restaurants on the resort. I would recommend this resort to anyone. We would definitely consider returning next year

Animation could be more effective.hotel is quite far away from city center. Mainly guest from germany so i was lucky that i can speak german. Night shows was in german language.

(Nice service) the gardeners had good job there, gardens are peacefull in hotel. Hotel was overbook so we got free upgrade. Thanks to front office. İce cream shop is also well.

Review 19：The only negative is that while we checked in, they actually demanded that we pre-paid all the amount for our stay..our first impression was the lack of trust.usually either we have prepaid it through credit card, or we pay after the end of the service.the

Review 29：Outside of the hotel the options are limited. Kos Town is worth a visit, yet other towns we did not find that interesting.

Review 30：The facilities are great, the hotel is very well kept and staff are friendly. One of the restaurants Taverna serves local Greek food that is simply great and not expensive at all when compared to other restaurants at Kos Town center.

Review 31：The beach is thin but wide and its sea has high wave lenghts, therefore water is blurry usually. There are various great coves and beaches all over the island. The front office personnel didnot give an extra half an hour in check out to finish packing, even though he had two more hours to get the room ready for the incoming guest. We had to rush out of the hotel, sweating, like somebody was chasing us. His excuse was that the next guest was waiting, but we also had waited until 14.00 for regular check-in as stated in every document of the hotel and nobody provided us an early check-in even we told them that we had a 4 year old son sleeping in the car!

Review 32：Great and huge facility. Silent, relaxing with various restaurants for every taste, as well as pretty enough pool areas. It is 20 km.s to Kos Town (15-20 min drive) but on the other hand it is located in the middle of the island providing fast access to various parts of the island, like beaches and sightseeing in Kefalos, Zia, Kardamena and other interesting venues and locations. We preferred to stay away from the crowded Kos Town and had great time both in the Hotel and other parts of the island. (Note: You definitely need a car or a bike to rent to see all recommended places)

Review 59：I can not believe that in this time and age this 5 star premium resort managers are incapable of obtaining good wifi connection. But what is even worse is the staff attitude regarding this. If you complain they pretend that they did not know about that. Shame! Everyone has some wireless device and all are struggling. We have to go to nearby coffee shop to get wifi that is working properly. Why this lie? Is it really that expensive to fix wifi? What seems to be your problem? Do you managers still live in a mountain cave in kos or what I d really like to know!
