Review 1：We were very pleased with everything at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very plentiful, decent WiFi. All in all a great choice!!!

Review 3：Nearby the beach, friendly staff (don't speak much English, but whatever) , nice pool, breakfast is simple but good, overall for this price it is just perfect! we could stay even untill 18.00h in the room because we had a late flight, it was no problem. There is also a bar to have a beer and in front you have a night shop. It's not the most up to date hotel, but everything worked as it was supposed to work, also a big terrace...

Review 4：Small swimming pool close to appartments makes very noisy atmosphere. If you are not fun of kids, ask to be on uper flors. Hard to find proper parking place in suroundings.

Review 6：They don't have their own parking for guests and it's a bit tricky to park (however the owner moved his car to make room for ours). Poor wi-fi in the room. All in all not that much to dislike.

Review 7：Hosts were very helpfull and pleasent people. Always ready to help with various requests, like warming milk for our baby anytime we asked them for. Swiming pool not too big but very clean and pleasent. Breakfast also very good. They clean rooms each day.

Review 10：1st day in a room without aircondition (early August) and relatively small for 3 persons (sofa too small). 2nd day, we have been transfered to a very good room for 3 persons equipped with AC but with very hard bed for the third person.

Review 13：We had booked what we were hoping would be a relaxing holiday, but turned out to be the opposite. When we arrived, we were told that the air conditioners did not work and that someone would come and install new ones on the next day, when we were out of the hotel. We survived the 37 degrees heat without any air conditioning and then on the next day we had to listen to the terrible drilling from 9 am until 10 pm in every single room of the hotel. We complained about the noise, but the staff and owner told us that we had to "bear with them". Also the staff consisted of children, who didn't know what to do or any of the prices in the bar. Breakfast counter was so small, only 1 person at a time could get food while the others queued. Wifi was almost non-existent. I will never go back there.

Review 15：We really loved Villa Cariatis. The staff was extremely kind, friendly and helpful, and they accommodated us with every request we had without any remarks whatsoever. The food was very good too, Swedish style buffet breakfast with plentiful tasty choices. The parking is an issue in the whole city, but even then the hotel helped us find a spot and saved it for us. The whole place is great, clean, with great location. Great value for money, considering everything they offer. Even when they had problems with the air conditioning in the facility, they provided us with fans until they could fix the problem. In the end they had purchased air-cons for every room and they installed it while we were at the beach. They were really dedicated to fix the problem asap and I was surprised (positively) by the length they went to in order to do so. Overall, I loved the experience and would definitely come back. Again I have to say that it has the best staff I have encountered anywhere and that made our stay truly excellent.
