Review 1：WiFi does not work in the rooms and staff say....Yeah terrible signal. They did not clean my room on the second day, my colleagues all liked their rooms but no WiFi and they were shocked for a second cup of coffee at breakfast and charged for second shampoo :)

Review 5：would like to have had a more secure parking area. You have to park on the street in front. Also, it is hard to see the sign in front of the hotel.At night it is easy to drive past it.

Review 7：For the breakfast you receive only 1 coffee , if you want more than you need to pay! This needs to be changed by the Management..its really a unique rule in the Hotel World ! The Hotel has small pillows wich are not comfortable to sleep at least they should have optionally normal pillows. The hotel started to change the bed blanket every 5 days, if you for any reason want it to change you have to pay. The management should really think about this rules wich are not good for building frequent Guests...

Review 31：Only down side is that the hotel is quite a long way from anywhere, about 20-25 minutes walk to the metro station, however the hotel offered a free shuttle bus to the metro station and to the main railway station for 80 UAH.

Review 32：New hotel, very clean and comfortable room, spacious bathroom, spotlessly clean and everything working properly. Very helpful staff, spoke good English, allowed me to use laptop computer in reception as I did not have my own with me. Somewhat unusual choice of items for breakfast (mashed potato?) but all good quality, the day I left I was catching an early train and was too early for breakfast so they made up a 'doggy bag' for me on their own iniatative. Would recommend this hotel to anybody wishing to stay in Xapkib (Kharkov).

You would notwant to leave the place for all of the above reasons. Recommend toanyone visiting Kharkiv.
