Review 3：So we only stayed one night we were going to stay two but we just moved on and it was way to fast.. This place was tops amazing pool and sun beds... The rooms were 100% clean and ready for us nice A/C Frank and his wife were perfect picked us up at the port ... Breakfast was amazing and there lunches were pretty good too.. We got there after the floods of people had left so it was quiet but that's how we like it .. Overall 10/10

The welcome hospitality was unexpected and so appreciated with a drink, map, comfy seat by the pool and introduction to Ios and the hotel. The room was tidy and neat, the food was delicious.

Review 11：The transportation from and to the ferry. All the procedure of welcome when we arrive on the hotel, the free drinks, the explanation of all the spots and what to do on the Island. The place is fabulous, perfect locaction and the persons that work there are fabulous. I would recommend it to everyone and for sure if i return to IOS i'll get ti this wonderfull place.

Review 13：Location is at walking distance from the beach and still in a quiet area. You go to bed hearing the crickets and you wake up with the neighbour goats and rooster...wonderful!. Pool is great. Each apartment has a couch and table to relax outside as well as a cord to hang your laundry. They even provide your room with a mosquito repellent to plug in and the tablets. Everything is well thought.

Review 15：This is a family run concern and the family are delightful and can't do enough to help you. This is a boutique style hotel which is beutifully decorated. It is in a peaceful and tranquil setting. The breakfasts and Greek Salads are delicious.

Review 22：The service was incredible! It feels like you are staying with family but with the luxuries of a hotel. It is family run and they pick you up and drop you off at the port. Food is great, wine is cheap, rooms are fantastic, the pool is gorgeous at night and it's a short walk to the beach. I will definitely be back!

Breakfast is basic but adequate and you can ask for exactly what you want from the menu, which is great if you are a picky eater like me! I would definitely stay there again next time I visit Ios.

Review 26：We spent 5 amazing days in this beautiful place and wish we could have stayed for longer. The family of Dimitra and Frangoulis and daughter Anna were very hospitable and made our stay very homely. Lovely pool and only 5 min walk from the sandy beach with full facilities. Nearby is the FarOut youth club. Ios is a most enchanting island and Island House hotel gives the whole experience the WOW factor.

Review 28：The studio is very nice and clean! The family who run this hotel are wonderful and accommodating, catering to our every need or query. Breakfast is not included but the studio has a kitchen where u can easily whip a meal or you can just order from the hotel. Facilities are kept clean. Wifi has some lapses but tolerable.

Above all the though the family (including the dog) that own and run this beautiful residence are truly charming hosts and make you feel like one of the family - nothing is too much for them. Review 36：Wonderful family run hotel, amazing location and just simply lovely. Very relaxing.Ios is a lovely place, can be very lively in certain parts. During the summer it will be full of young Americans and Australians. Out of that season it will be a bit more relaxed. Just perfect! Lovely people and service!
Review 37：We loved everything about our stay at Island House. We were a family of seven travelling with young adults. After our 2 week trip to Greece including Athens and 4 islands we had a vote and everyone agreed our best stay was with this wonderful family. Everything the reviews say is absolutely true. Frangoulis picked us up at the port telling us about the island the whole time, the welcoming drink and explanation by their daughter Anna and the mother Dimitra was very nice. Dimitra suggested changing the room with the third bed , to put the three 20 year olds together. The property was the prettiest of all our stays,the pool was beautiful, also close to the beach with lots of travernas to choice from. Taxis were extremely cheap so if you didn't want to walk to town it was no problem. We were there middle of May so just the beginning of their summer season and the hotel and Island was quite quiet but still busy enough to party for the five 20 year olds. We loved IOS and we would definately stay again with the Nikiforos family at the Island Beach house. This hotel was the best value for our money by far.

We had to check out a day early because of ferry availability and they didn't charge us for the final night even though they were perfectly entitled to do so. I would very happily return!

Nothing was too much trouble for the owners and they even provided free collection and return to the port! Would definitely stay there again.

The place is the same of the pictures, our apartment was really comfortable and cozy. The housekeepers came everyday to keep everything clean and tidy. It seems to stay in a family! The staff gave us good suggestions and help us to find the best places on the island. The hotel is in a strategic position, far from the noise of the clubs but really close to the Mylopothas beach or to the Ios's Chora. We will definitively stay there again if we decide to visit Ios!

From the moment you arrive to the day you leave they treat you as one of your own, but at the same time very professional. Rooms are modern with a touch of old, view was fantastic, pool and for those who are crazy with internet they also have wifi. They go out of there way to help you ( return tickets for you to go back home) and service was out of this world. ( check in and surprise breakfast for my gf birthday) again don't hesitant to book here because you will have a memorable stay here. Review 85：Loved everything; we couldn't fault anything - service with genuine warmth (treated like old friends rather than customers), ambient and classy pool area, welcoming breakfast area - light, bright and tasteful. The room was nicer than some 4 star places - I would even be happy in it for a honeymoon as it is very tastefully done (lilacs, pastel blue, creams and whites) with white curtains framing the bed in it's own alcove. Modern shower, basin, etc. Full kitchenette, all working. Full size comfortable lounge suite, writing desk, wardrobe, table and chairs. Lovely balconies with table & chairs and clothes line. Our room was on 1st floor with balcony overlooking pool and lovely, colourful gardens. From memory it was room #14. Breakfasts were 'anything, literally, you wanted' made fresh by Frank & Dimitria and cheap. Room was 30 Euro pn (stayed 2 n) and was worth every last cent. Free transfers to/from port (about 5km away, Chora is about 2.5km walk which includes some steep stairs. Hotel is about 250m from Mylopotas Beach (main beach of Ios Island). If ever back to Ios this will be our 'home'! :)

We had free drinks upon arrival and they say down and recommended to us things to do and excellent restaurants to eat at. The room was enormous and had a beautiful view of the great pool. Excellent location. I highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it!!!! Great value for the money.
