Review 1：Slipper, cotton bud, tooth brush we have to ask for it, even we stay in twin bed room, they only put 1 tooth brush and 1 slipper. When we askes, they didn't bring it.

Review 5：There, they have Nightclub. Regardless of any floor you are staying, the disturbing voice will be unavoidable. On the bright side, where you feel you like to sit and drink, it will be convenient. It should be pricey tough. Never been there.

Review 7：the room is not soundproof, I can still hear the sounds from other room very well. we are not feel comfort especially for my little baby. he cant sleep as well. I had complaint to hotel staff but no action. And we'll decide to check out early.

Review 10：staff asked too nuch to be paid immediately for ebru meal ypu habe jnside the hotel and push customers too much to pay as if you are not going to pay.they make problems for charging the room as if you are going to esvape as a criminal annd not going to pau the bill.it was very hard to mamage all the meal amd to put them in charging our room. Too many problems for a big 4 stars hotel.the massage in the spa was good,nothing special but good anyway. The only thing is that the spa includes only massages ,the don't have anything expect swimming pool and sauna.not hidromassage

Review 12：Room view is poor (indoor swimming pool). Swimming pool is too cold. Room is so dark and not so comfortable. The breakfast food is so-so. Too expensive for this kind of hotel.
