Review 1：The smell there was a smell of sewerage everywhere I went. Even in the hotel rooms or shopping malls and markets. And smokers. Way too many smokers. please STOP smoking.

Review 2：The people were very friendly. No one seemed to speak English but they were very polite sbout this. They just giggled their way through. Which is fine but if you want people to visit your city then please attempt learn some English.

Review 3：- i was charged with different rate (slightly higher), IDR2,661,600 instead of IDR2,528,800 - reception staff sometimes a bit slow - if you want to buy food outside the hotel, make sure u asked for the price first or u'll be given ridiculous food price

Review 5：- Front desk staff is unprofessional. - Very slow check-in and check-out process. - The executive lounge did not accommodate check-in and check-out process because they didn't have credit card machine in the lounge. -The executive room does not look like an executive rooms. The interior looks like a 3-star hotel.

Review 23：After I have checked in the WIFI internet went off and they couldn't fix it till I have checked out next day. How come such a huge hotel with fairly expensive rate can't fix the internet. I had to go out to find out a place to check and send E-mail in the night. I called the hotel from a local phone and ask about room availability and they said no. While when I booked through Booking.com I have got the room immediately confirmed.
