Review 5：The hotel is in a good location. Everything we needed to see was close by. The Nagoya hills mall is across the street. I would stay there again. The rooms are large and clean and very comfortable. The TV is first class with many international news and media stations. You can even watch YouTube on it. Good WiFi in the room. The kid (6 years old) enjoyed playing in the kids pool.

Review 12：Wife accidentally hit the clear glass while lifting up the kettle. Glass was placed too close the kettle. The space for putting glass, other complimentation small. We reported to the front office and paid 50,000 rp for replacement. Front counter informed that the glass will be replaced by house keeping that night but not replaced. Again called them to replace but still not done. Till the next day informed the housekeeping myself but they say no instruction from front office. So when check out again reminded the front office. The glass does not cost that much if purchase outside. Hope management could consider of replecement it at no cost to customer for good will. But that was not the case. Anyway payment has been made.

Review 14：It was our 6th anniversary. We made a request for simple decoration but there was none. We booked for 2 nights but were told that we only had 1 night, but the staff was quick to double check. So we didnt panic too much.it was also a tad expensive for such service provided.

Review 18：I can immediately smell a very strong smell of cigarette smoke once I enter the hotel lobby. i booked two rooms and both with different facing. The one facing the main road can be quite noisy with cars but the one facing the side road is ok.

Review 28：The hotel is so strategic. Just in front of Nagoya Mall. As it is a newly built hotel, everything in the hotel are new. The staffs are polite and attend to your query really fast. The breakfast is superb. Must try. Lots of variety. The room is spacious and very comfortable. Overall thumbs up!

Review 29：We were given a twin room facing the main road at the front of the hotel and we found it very noisy at night and could not rest and sleep till 2am due to the noise. The hotel should think about double-glazing the windows. There was a bad odor coming out of the toilet as well that made the experience rather unpleasant.

Review 37：What I love most is Of course the location of the hotel as it is just directly opposite of Nagoya hill shopping mall. Besides that, they have beautiful pool amd clean gym facilities (maybe still new). For the room, it is quite spacious for a couple. They serve a wide variety of tasty international cuisine for breakfast buffet. I also Observed that the staff topped up the food and cleaned the table very quickly. Service was prompt. Definitely a must stay again when I visit Nagoya area, Batam.

Review 38：The electricity was cut off a few times on my 2nd night, 30th Oct 2015. It was a quite a long black out. It seems that there is a problem with the generator. I really hope the management can clarify this problem.

Review 43：Great Location: Very near Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal (just 5 mins away by car) and the famous Nagoya Mall (just opposite) that has supermarket, spa and variety of foods (fast food, seafoods etc..). She told us that not all deluxerooms have bathtubs and also upon request by guests only. Review 49：we have extended our stay for another night and specifically requested for queen sized bed in a non-smoking room. before we moved, the employee showed me the type of room that we can move to as all the deluxe rooms are fully booked the whole weekend. the room that they showed was just perfect. but upon moving in they booked a no smoking room with double beds, then we called reception again to ask for a specific room. they booked another a smoking room. i asked the cleaner for a spray and he kindly gave me one for our room. i do not want to change as they might say we are fully booked again. so sad experience upon extension of stay.

Review 53：Disappointed with the hotel spa. Had book 1 hour of massage but it ends 15 to 20 minutes earlier. When querried, one of them returns the 20 min by massaging leg. The other 2 refused and only willing to return 10 mins after arguing for 20 mins! As I m in a hurry to jetty, I only feedback at the counter. To highlight, one of the staff "desi" in red/orange? uniform, was rude n unfriendly. She keep giving me that "want to eat u" stare during the 10-mins made-up time. So my family of 7, did not enjoy the massage at all. This short note serves an awareness to the hotel management as I have no reason to accuse any of the staff. To note, this is my second time staying there within 1 month and I have booked 5 rooms.

But what was worse os temperature not adjustable. Was super hot water. Could not enjoy my shower at all . Bowl tap also same hot water only. Told staff to adjust the knob turning as only hot water flowing out. They said done. Came back to hotel and tried same super hot water. Only 1 night stay so i never bother call them back again as i was tired.

Review 72：I had a bad experience there because, i ordered food for supper, but it didnt send to us, the receptionist told us they have received our order and please wait for the server to send food to our room. We wait until we fell asleep, they did not make any anitiative to call us or knock our room. But all of it ok. Except we order food but we didnt receive it.

Review 79：Personal is not responsive to change room from smoking to non smocking. Originally was booking non smoking room. Widows in Superior King size room facing traffic open street. During night there was feeling like sleep on the open street with motorbikes and cars for 130 dollars. Windows do not have good sound isolation. No acceptable !

Review 85：The cleanliness and comfort is what that I'm impress. Staff they friendly and helpful. One of the staff who serve us really did well and beyond our expectation. Dady is the staff who serve us and drive us to another destination on the second day. At the moment of time we are actually searching where to have seafood dinner and we have really no idea because we are not familiar with the place. Dady recommend and drive us to Golden Prawn at the end. In the journey Dady did share a lot of Indonesia culture with us and ask are we satisfy with their service. He putting a lot of effort to get more feedback from us which we find he wanted to improve their serviceses beyond desire. Both of us are really impress with his sincerity and kindness. We wanted to thanks him for giving us such a great experience at Nagoya hotel.

Review 86：The hotel staff were very friendly to me & my kids. Travelling with children, the convenience of a shopping mall just across the street is simply awesome. The hotel was also new so its facilities were still in very good condition. Breakfast spread on Sunday morning was good & the wifi was good too. Thumbs up!! The hotel is a little pricey but i don't mind paying a little more especially when travelling with kids. We had such a good time that we will definitely be back!!

Even in the deluxe room we stayed in, we noticed that the cabinet door for the fridge has yet to be installed. The following were also not ready: - no directory listing in the room on the reception, housekeeping numbers to call - no hotel, nearby guides in the room - no indication of the facilities such as swimming pool, restaurant etc in the lift
