Review 1：Most of the staff did not speak English and some staff members at the restaurant were completely unfriendly.
Review 2：Hotel location was perfect, just on the beach and the room had a terrace with sun beds and wonderful view on the sea.
Review 3：The glass door to the terrace is old,opens with difficulty. Dirty table on the terrace. Shower cabin is not very clean, it need to wash seams more thoroughly. Wi fi works only at the reception during the day, early in the morning and at night it is impossible, due to the difference in time zones it is very inconvenient. But we loved the hotel, would go back again.
Review 4：The hotel is right on the beach - the sound of waves, the fresh air, the view to the Porto Santo Stefano, wonderful sunsets. We stayed in the apartment for 4 people -a small bedroom with two beds, a kitchen in the corridor, the room had a double bed and a dining table, a spacious terrace with stunning views. I can not to say that is very spacious, but the place was enough. Ware, furniture, linens - everything new, clean, I think in the apartment there was the renovation. In front of the hotel there is a private sector of beach for a fee, but around there is free wild beach for miles, exit at him free!. Good playground under the pines, spacious parking, to supermarkets 5 minutes by car. Very interesting location - you can travel around the tuscan towns and bays of Monte Argentario. Sandy beach in front of the hotel, smooth sandy entry into the sea is good for kids, adults need to walk a liitle bit to the depth, only about 50 meters. The hotel a little bit overprised, but the whole area of Monte Argentario is not cheap.
Review 5：Hi, I booked in this hotel for the month of September from 18th to he 22nd ,2014 . Room number 74 . I never been in a hotel that's discussing and VERY VERY VERY POOR , We start with live wires in the bathroom exposed , the second night we found long black hair in our bed ( my girlfriend is blond and am bold ) the mini fridge was not working as we found 1st and 2nd night that the floor is covered with water near the fridge and dressing table . Cobwebs on skirting boards and some around the lighting area . The bed sheets where also dirty with marks . Plus lost and lots of small flys especially in the corridor out side our room there was a wall lamp shade outside the corridor that it was full of insects that was dead . Plus the floor was covered with flys that in the morning if you had to walk from your room to downs steers you called hear the crunch under your feet... crunch crunch crunch . The water that came out of the bathroom taps was yellow that even in the morning I had not washed my face ......after the second night I really had enough and this needed to be told after I seen black hairs in the bed and small flys in the beed to . I called the reception and told him every thing his reply was wait in the morning he did not care a thing what I was telling him I think he was used to it of the complain . Finally he heard me what I was saying as I said I worked for the BBC and this will be noted as I taken a lot of pictures .He asked if I wanted to change rooms Of course I wanted to the 2nd room was a little bit better but it was damp . The best thing of this hotel all in all is the location right on the beach . This hotel costed me €240 plus tax €10 total of 240€ with no breakfast . I work for an Airline and hotels I know them really well for €60 a night I can stay in the Crown Plaza in Milan and you called eat on the floor that how clean it is ......For people who are thinking coming here please think a gain as you will be very disappointed and waste of money .
