Review 1：Everything was great. I feel like if you spent more than 3/4 nights you might run out of things to do that are close by, that said we are quite active.

Review 2：Spectacular Hotel, lots of attention to detail. High end facilities and a very reasonable price, possibly because the location is a little out of the way, but it is worth it for the INCREDIBLE views of Merano and if you have a car it is okay. The spa area is also very very nice with 3 different type of saunas, excellent relaxing. Rooms are fabulous, with great design, clean, new.

Review 3：Unfortunately we didn't have time to use SPA since we had to leave early (of course not hotels fault) Well not really the cheapest place to stay at, but definitely worth the money for a short escape from daily life.

Really good value-for-money - a friendly 5-star experience for a surprisingly reasonable price... and I can't say enough about the superb food. Review 39：Food on the a-la-carte menu is a bit expensive, and given the remotelocation, there aren't too many other options after a long day ofskiing. Some of the mattresses could be replaced. It would also be niceif the spa were opened earlier during the non-ski season.

Review 42：The breakfast was very average. We had lovely freshly baked bread on the one side, and poor, stale rolls on the other. The cold meats were not fresh and dried up on the sides.The Spa only opened at 1400, and the Suanas were still cold by 1700. Not a place to just spend the whole day in the spa pools and relax. We stayed for 5 days, and were not able to book a massage. The Spa was nothing as advertised. Our hot water was off for 24 HOURS, and we never got an explanation or an appology. The shower never worked during our entire stay. Even though we raised this issue every day. With its location and special staff, this hotel can be so much more. There is a lack of attention to detail from the management side.

Review 43：The resaurant was very good. The food was fresh and exciting. The service staff was some of the best I have seen. The view was amazing from the restaurant at night. The view was also very special from the room. The hotel was clean in all the areas. Even the corridors felt clean and fresh. The mid-day tea time was realy nice, with fresh cakes and incredible views on the terrace.
