Review 18：The taxi booked for us by the hotel,we were given a price at the hotel desk in forints, the driver was not happy he wanted euros I explained I had kept the exact amount of forints aside as the hotel had said,he refused to ring the hotel.we had no other currency left except British and he demanded further £10. He would not give us a receipt was angry and rude.

Review 20：Never take a single room! The bed is small and quite soft. The size of the room was ok, but there was not a place to hang our coats. Prices of the minibar are hilarious! Not all the thermal bassins were open, same for the the Hammam, which is "opened on request", so basically no sauna and steam bath... :( What a pity! As per the location: you are nicely pushed to stay here... otherwise take your car and drive to the city center... :( You pay for the parking which is just across the street on a parking field, there are covered places, and uncovered too, there is a "VIP" area, why, you don't know. It could happen that you walk with your suitcases around 400 m from the parking to the hotel, where they are happy to help you... Under the rain it"s pretty welcoming. The bar concert was very loud in the lobby bar and of mediocre quality...

Review 23：The King double room came with a jacuzzi, huge round bed and a view of the forest, not to mention a very stylish design and layout. The spa area was impeccable, with a variety of pools with different temperatures, a jacuzzi, an outdoors thermal water pool open in the winter as well, good sauna and an overall amazing atmosphere, very relaxing. The food was delicious - definitely get the halfboard - with a very diverse menu, worthy of a top restaurant. The personnel was friendly, helpful and polite at all times.

Review 32：A newly built hotel, nice architecture in lobby, rooms, spa. Beside the exterior and lobby which are modern and striking, interiors are modern but not too striking giving a warm atmosphere.In the rooms and other facilities everything is where it should be. You just think of it and you will find it there. Had a room with view to the inside, first floor and it had much light throughout the whole day. Cleaning is perfect, bathroom has everything it needs.Had halfboard, both breakfast and dinner buffet were tasty. Good selection for every taste. Good Hungarian cuisine :) Special dinner and good wines on Hungarian National Holiday.Spa area is something really special. It's very relaxing and with a very warm design and layout. Although the outside pool was a little too noisy because of the children, for sure everybody can find a relaxing spot, for example at the hot thermal pools. Saunas are very good, although very small area altogether. Here the first CON : when the sauna master changes quite a lot is changing - music, water and fruits in the relaxation rooms missing, not the same care for the guests.The second CON is the buffet in the spa area : very slow in taking and bringing orders, closes way too early and has a very narrow selection of healthy food.I had also some good massages, best of it was a Thai massage with oil, perfectly done by a Thai named Rat. She for sure is the best :) it made me feel like newly born.There are programmes going on in the hotel, which is very good because Sarvar has very little to offer. Piano every night, bands playing and had even a big concert&dance outside on a big stage in the parking lot. The third CON, but it's not very important : there is a night bar which has potential that is not exploited. For example it could draw the more younger guests every evening.Staff was very helpful all the time and tried to fulfill any request I had. They really create a very warm and relaxing atmosphere.

I liked the breakfast buffet with all the fresh juices. The surrounding area with the small lakes is very picturesque.

Review 75：Buffet half board dinner too impersonal for a 5* hotel at these rates. I would assess the hotel only fair value for money on that basis, but perhaps I'm just not a "spa" person. Finally, this is a small thing, but it counts in terms of impression: charging for the car park after a 700 Euro weekend? Really?

Review 83：For me far away from level of 5* hotel. Food selection not wide enough, premises/rooms old-fashioned (cannot believe it was open in 2008!). Back stairs were dirty two days long. Service not on 5* hotel level (no car overtake, no coffee/tea in room, no explanation after arrival...) In the spa premises, at least in the part where children below 14 are forbidden, silence should be required from everyone (hard to relax with shouting guests around).
