Hotel Residence Santanton is directly opposite Bormio Thermal Spa. It offers a free shuttle service to the Pista Stelvio slopes, and offers a well-equipped wellness centre. Rooms feature satellite TV.
Each guest room at the Santanton comes with a minibar and hydromassage shower. Some rooms have a private balcony.
The Santanton's spa is complete with sauna, hydromassage tub, Turkish bath, and Kneipp treatment. Other massages and beauty treatments are also available on request.

Review 1：It was very cold in the room. The breakfast was worse than at 3 star hotel we stayed before.

Review 2：Nice table in the room with 3 seats, large bed (wich is combined from 2 beds, however)

Review 3：The room smelled like a toilet, the beds were hard, request for double bed (not twin mattresses pushed together) was not available- apparently not possible in the entire hotel!; very late check in time balanced with earlier than normal check out time; breakfast very average for 4* hotel; carpet and flooring in room very cheap like a youth hostel; advertised general spa was at extra cost and was overbooked and not available when needed; most disappointing and upsetting thing was when requesting to stay an extra night we were quoted a considerably higher price than what we discovered was available online for the same date, in addition to which there was an extra 20euro surcharge for services we did not use or had any need for - shuttle bus, various child facilities and piano bar entertainment (which to hear in passing was dreadful, leave alone being mandated to pay extra for it!!) NOT IMPRESSED, WILL NOT RETURN!

Review 5：The room was smaller than expected and was a connecting room so very noisy. The spa area is small and not free.

Review 7：The hotel was near the center a short walk and a good selection of restaurants and shops. The rooms are well appointed and clean, the staff are pleasant and the breakfast was very good.

Review 8：Short 5 minute walk from the centre the hotel is very clean and modern the rooms are large and the twin beds can be separated. The Sauna was not working during our stay - but the when we ordered drinks the staff said that we could have these free due to the facilities being out of order. This was without us complaining. Excellent stay

Review 9：The rule in the Hotel that says that children are not allowed in the sauna seems a bit funny and totally unnecessary for us who comes from Finland. The ventilation in the room could be better.

Review 10：A small cosy hotel with friendly staff and good food. The balcony towards the playing park and the sunset was super. The spa in the hotel is small but clean and elegant.

Review 11：Overpriced, the rooms have seen better days. Patchy wi-fi connection, and it's too slow when people get back to the hotel from the slopes. Some of the 'Superior' double rooms are smaller than the regular ones. No kettle or teapot in the room.

Review 15：No air conditionner in the room and room just under the roof, so very hot temperature in the room - system to close the curtain out of ages - beds seem camping style (2 beds in metal sticked together) - parts of the wall dirt (pen on it in the room, dirt trace of hand in the bathroom) - welcome not at the level of a 4 stars (people not warmless, not smiling). I don't know if it's link with booking.com but it was not so good...

Review 35：I like the rooms with very comfortable beds, the bathroom was very good also. The wellness center is a must and the breakfast was OK too. The quiet of the rooms and a short walk to Bormio center is a must.

Review 37：I spent 2 nights at this hotel but basically just using it for bed and breakfast and not using the other facilities advertised. Very comfortable accommodation with helpful Reception staff. There is an excellent Pasta restaurant just 1 minute walk away where I had 2 delicious evening meals and drinks. The local shops main pedestrian area is about 5 minutes walk away. Only a short drive and you are in the high mountains and therefore the hotel is an ideal place to stay if you are on a motoring holiday.

Review 38：Me and my friend stayed one week and we like very much because all the staffs are very friendly and helpful that I have never seen before. Great breakfast, nice location for shopping and everything. Just walking distance. Also very near to famous Bagni Nuovo and Bagni Vecchi (two very famous Aqua Terme - Natural Hot Water Bath). I'm 100% sure that I will come back again to this hotel when I come to bormio next time. And also I recommend this hotel to others who really wants to have real vacation and relax.
