Review 1：No tea or coffee making facilities. TV had no English programmes except BBC News. Lots of German programmes. Very small beach but 5 mins walk to very good beach. WiFi only in reception and pool area.

Review 2：Nice clean room, good sea view. Only there for B & B and breakfast choices were good. Reception staff were very nice and always helpful. Pool area looked ok with ample sun beds. Very well presented grounds.

Review 3：The cleaning service entered the apartment shortly after knocking on the door. We were not allowed to sit at the table we chose during the dinner and heard it is for six people. We were not allowed to separate the table in two smaller ones. The table for six remained empty. The service during meals is not very nice, trying to take away the plates even though they are still in use. The wifi is not working (I have tried with 3 devices). You can purchase internet at the reception. The water in the shower is lukewarm, hot shower is not possible. TV is not receiving any channels. The fridge is very old.

Review 6：Very nice hotel with many available services and animation. Good food and very agreable personal. Very confortable in general The island is not very big but the hotel is more or less in the middle of the island and when comunicated. The beach of the hotel is not the best in the island but it is ok and quiet. I really liked the hotel and would recomended it for families

Review 7：NO WiFi in the rooms and very poor connection in the lobby. Are they trying to recreate the atmosphere of 1990s? The box TV in the rooms and overall décor would suggest that. Crowded during the main season.

Review 8：This is a hotel for package tourists and as independent travelers we felt out of place but in the end we enjoyed few days relaxing on the beach. The property is well managed, clean and beautifully landscaped. Food is very nice.

Review 15：The sea is accessible via wooden piers. It seemed there were not enough sun beds. Wifi is provided only in lobby which seemed insufficient. Pedestrian access from Mastichari through the beach area could be improved, especially at night it was complicated to see the steps.

Review 16：Mastichari Bay hotel is situated close to the Mastichari port and Mastichari village in windless area (Mastichari is quite windy). The resort is located in beautiful and well kept mediterranean garden. It offers wide range of facilities. Our apartment was very comfortable and clean with spacious terrace and also electric kettle. Very nice arranged for our honeymoon stay.

Review 23：The cats. There are a lot of cats ( more than 30 or 40) running around and getting under foot begging for food and attention. They are everywhere all over the island. If you love cats you will LOVE Kos.

Review 24：it was off season so was very quiet. The food was fabulous, every meal was different and delicious. Things I look for in a resort are : comfortable beds, check; quiet, check; a nice hot shower with good water pressure, check and a pool that I can swim laps in , check. There is a bus stop right outside of the hotel, and for only 3 euros you get a luxury ride into Kos Town. The staff is friendly and very helpful. its less than 10 minutes from the airport and the Ferry dock is less than 1 kilometer away. I highly recommend this resort!

Review 25：-Interior of the room is a bit empty and old fashioned. Furniture looked cheap. -pool was very cold (oktober) although the weather was still 23 Celsius

Review 30：Beautiful surroundings .Well maintained and very clean. Large swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds around the pool , on the beach or the grassed area. Within easy walking distance of the quiet bars and tavernas of Mastichari. We were only B&B but the breakfast buffet was very good. Very few English people staying.

Review 31：We initially got a very, very poor room (small, view to a wall, etc.),and after having complained we got a room 10x better - I really feltthey tried to cheat me in the first place. They also had other small"additional taxes" which I don't find common for suchhotels (5 Euro if you want to stay on the beach, 3 Euro for the pooltowels, etc.). The pool smelled very strongly like chlorine and Icouldn't use it because it hurt my nose. The room was cleaned everyday, but sand remained on the floor nearly every day too.

Review 32：Breakfast was very good, our second room had a nice view, the locationis good right in the middle of the island. Overall the hotel is not bad,but at 125 Euro per night we had got a (much) better value in alllocations we have visited before.

Review 33：The accommodation is in separate 'houses' set in lovely gardens so it is like a small village. Lovely pool with bar and a walk straight out onto the beach for a swim in the sea. Two minutes walk from tavernas and shops of Mastichara, which is a lay back little place. We only spent two nights there on our way to Nissyros, it is about 10 minutes taxi drive from the airport and an easy bus trip back to the airport. You can get a ferry across to Kalimnos. Everything you could want at breakfast.

Review 34：Staff is very friendly, especially the gentleman in the reception. He tried to cater all our needs and requests in a very professional way. Change of room, change of mattress, send us a kettle, etc. When we arrived we had complimentary bottle of champagne for our anniversary. Location is great. On the beach, 2 minutes from a nice village with many taverns.

Review 35：Sea entering is a little bit difficult because of rocks, there is one entrance from beach and two from mole, but sea itself very warm. And you can choose nice swimming pool.

But the most important, and there is not a "fault" of the hotel itself - nowhere to go in evenings because village is very very small. Unless you take AI - you understand what we mean....

Review 39：Crowded pool with german/dutch activities all day. A lot of towel-reservation of chairs at the pool. Staff in the reception not friendly to children - or just not friendly at all. Same goes for staff at the pool. We booked the hotel by a mistake - we hate everyting about all inclusive. If you love all inclusive it is a good hotel. Very pushy activity-guys trying to get chilldren to play along.
