Review 1：The staff has limited command of the English language. Breakfast was definitely local, still acceptable to us Asians with fried noodles and porridge, but choices are limited. Sound proofing wasn't very good. Wifi was not stable, difficult to connect. Drainage in the toilet is bad, overflowing of water is common.

Review 2：For a price of S$38 per night, i think that the hotel was quite worth it! It came with some dental kits, an electric kettle and a safe (although it wasn't working, could've asked for help from the staff). The location was within a 10 minutes walking distance but could be dark at night.

Review 3：The rooms though stated non smoking floor, still have people smoking, thus causing the room to smell of smoke. The toilet is strangely designed, causing a minor flood whenever someone shower. My room has a spider lurking near the bed side, which is pretty weird for a new hotel.

Review 4：The location is good, walking distance to Nagoya Hill but is actually located inside those lanes, not safe for ladies travelling together. The room though not as big as the other hotels, is comfy and good for just one or two days stay. Staff were friendly but their English is not very good.

Review 5：Improve more on breakfast. Maybe add in more variety. We went down at about 9am (ID time), and there's nothing much for us to eat.

Review 7：the corridors were dimly lit. Hot water in the shower took a long time to warm up and the pressure was low. the toilet roll holder was placed near the shower. paper get wet. No sugar n cream for our coffee n tea.

Review 9：No hair dryer in the room for my long hair. Borrowed it frm the front desk and they asked for it back the next day. And the wifi always soo weak.

Review 10：The hotel is pretty new, with helpful and friendly staffs. The aircon is cold and the bed is nothing to complain about for tht kind of price. The hot water works well. The fridge works well. The location is within walking distance to nagoya hill mall and a lot of eateries scatter around the hotel.

Review 11：1. Small property with narrow corridor. Noisy as guests returned & left their rooms. 2. Sons' got the room nest to lift lobby - ROOM 287 - no wifi at all!

Review 17：we were given our rooms pretty late .. ( after check in time 2pm) Management should improve on their manpower.. We have problem communicating with the staffs because they don't speak English ..Luckily there was a Chinese lady on duty and she speaks our dialet ..My suggestion is send them for English lessons so that at least they can communicate with foreigners ...

Review 19：- no wifi in lvl 3 room - slippers are dirty - bed is not comfortable (both I and my wife felt itchy the next morning) - office chair looks and feels cheap - no toothbrush and toothpaste - safetybox was locked due to previous guest - water heater took 10 minutes to fully heat the water while showering
