Review 1：Staff made you feel very welcome all the time and nothing was to much trouble for them. Very clean apartments. Good location, bus stops right outside. 2 nice restaurants less than a minutes walk.
Review 2：No hot water at times and when there was it wasn't enough for two people to shower! sheets or towels weren't changed and were old and worn. Floor was dirty. Bathroom had no shower curtain so water went everywhere, unclean toilet with broken seat. Ant infestation! Awful music playing at the bar.

Review 6：-It's not exactly in Kolymbari. The area is called Rapaniana, which troubled us to find it. -The bathroom needs a renovation to say at least. It had no curtain and the toilet bowl seemed dirty probably because it was old and not efficiently cleaned the past years. -Keep in mind that wifi connection is only available at public areas (pool-bar, reception -NOT ROOMS) -Rooms had no shutters, only curtains.

Review 8：The host - Argy - could not have been more helpful, and his Mama and Papa too!. Between them they helped one of our party get to hospital, sorted-out some boat-trip tickets (with a good discount!) and were just generally lovely people.

Review 10：Family run, very efficient, helpful, nothing too much trouble, the proprietor was able to offer advice for best places of interest and beaches to see,an f2f resturaunts they would also book trips and taxis for us. Very clean. Pool a good size, plenty of shadey areas if you required.There was a number of guests who return to holiday at pogamos. Nearby restaurants and shops, chemist. A Good area to stay to visit the west side of crete, Chania, visit Palechoera, and Samaria gourge.we hired a car for or our 2 week stay which was,an advantage, although there is a regular bus service at the end of the drive. A great base to visit Chania and surrounding area.payment was by cash on arrival, but there was no problem with this arrangement.

Thanks for ALL one more time! - beautyfull garden - nice and clean room - swimmingpool was perfect for children and adults - hotel is located in Rapaniana, near to the beach ( 300 m, 5-7 min by feet) - beach with many stones but water was crystal clear. We spend a lot of time there. Beautyfull sunsets ! - ideal starting point to Balos lagoon, Elafonisi, Phalasarna beach, Kourna Lake, Chania - two restaurants nearly hotel. Esperidas and Alexandros with delicious Greek dishess We hope in the future come back to Pergamos Village because we spend beautyfull time there ! Rafal and Ewa with children. THANKS A LOT !

Review 20：The beach was a bit of a disappointed very Stoney and a bit difficult to enter without shoes it would have been good if the unit was equipped with washing up stuff as none were supplied and it was self catering
Review 21：It was well set out in lovely gardens the units were spacious the swimming pool was excellent good size and sparing clean the owners friendly and helpful it was good value for the price on the bus route to chania with regular bus times
Review 22：It seems this area is the least visited area of crete according tolonely planet. Very annoyed that I had to go in a car the morning wewere leaving to get over €500 from the atm as they did not accept debitor credit cards. This would have been fine if we had been informedduring our 2 weeks stay.

The beach bar 5 mins walk opppremises lovely family run bar and restaurant ( if you spend up to €2.50pp you get brolly and 2 beach beds free.) wonderful food and wonderfulfamily. We also enjoyed Alexandros restaurant and bar. The food wasexcellent and the family fun & friendly.
Review 24：Some spiders and roachs but it is normal because the village is in the nature. Any stuff to protect water to go out of the shower and slow toilette water drain

Review 27：We absolutely loved this hotel - the pool was a great size and was always very clean. The kids wanted to stay an extra week. The staff were ever so friendly - Golfa, her husband and son Argie really made us feel so welcome. I was even greeted with a cup of tea when I came down to the pool in the morning!!

Review 30：This very kind and helpful family at Pergamos Village really makes you feel at home and very welcome. They clean the apts every second day with new bedclothes and new towels. You can ask for everything and if it's possible they will help you. You really notice that it's important for them, that you enjoy your holiday. It was a pleasure to stay at Pergamos Village and it is certain we will go there again. The place definitely has charm. The bus stops at the door and the family gladly helps you rent a car. There is a small supermarket 500 m away. If you want to stay at a peaceful place with a big and clean pool this is the place for you.

If I ever come back to west Crete, I'll book a room in Pergamos Village again. We really enjoyed a stay there. Thank you!
Review 32：nothing negative, but if you have kids that want the hustle and bustle then the centre is a bus ride away. A car is useful, as most of the big food shops are a distance away
Review 33：we have stayed with this family for the last 10 years and they make you feel like one of their own, the apts are clean, but basic, but if that's what your ok with you will love Pergamos Village, Quiet beyond belief except for the farm animals around, the family will accommodate most things and help with everything, fantastic restaurant at the bottom of the lane, Esperides, however bar snacks are available at the pool side.
