Review 1：After booking the room with a balcony and arriving, they tried to fob me off with a different room. Not willing to do anything until I showed them in black and white. The place in General could do with some decorating, a little bit shabby in parts

Review 3：we asked for a quiet room because we have small children. we got the answer from booking.com that hotel can meet our demand. unfortunately our room was situated up above a driveway with never stopping cars. so this was not a quite room. we couldn´t have opened the windows because of noise and behind the closed windows, it was hot. and despite the closed plastic windows, there still was some noise. so we were not satisfied :-)

Review 5：After our arrival late in the evening we have been advised that payment will be possible only with cash because of a "technical problem" with the card terminal. Surprisingly, next morning another receptionist accepted the card payment without a word. Parking was free only between 6pm-8am. We booked a superior double room but what we got was a bellow average room with twin beds, a tiny ugly bathroom, and on the top there was no wifi coverage. The included breakfast was like a joke - no black tea, no juice, no vegetables or fruit, just cheapest salami and cheese and disgusting coffee.

Review 11：We stayed there for one night on our way to Croatia. For this purpose hotel was more than enough. Friendly staff speaking good english and even some polish. Perfect location in a city center on a nice square. Good and tasty breakfast. Although we had a room with a street view it wasn't very noisy. It was a weekend, so I don't know if it would be the same during week days. Fair value for a money.

Review 12：The girl from the breakfast was very nice and the breakfast was very good, they make you fresh eggs just in the way you want and also for the money that everybody pays what do you want more... is perfect .I think is just the people that they are asking to much for this small amount ...we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Review 13：The breakfast was very basic. Same as in any other hotel ( in fact, less) No immagination of presentation or offer of freshly made omlets or fruit juice. Staff was standing around. The towels could do with replacement and a larger size. A sign on the footpath or signwriting on the front glass windows, visible from the car, the name of the hotel! Not much good the name above the front door ,partly hidden by the trees. A mention of parking facility in the advertisement would not go amiss. Or mention that the hotel is facing the fountain! As location guide.

Review 14：Location! Location! Very central. Reasonable access to freeways. Old fashioned charm, double doors to the rooms. ( it is just me, the old fashioned, circa 1900) Staff speaking several languages. Nothing is too much trouble for the customers. At 11 o'clock in the night I was able to get crushed ice pack for my swollen, aching ankles.

Review 15：The walls of the hotel were warmed up during extreme hot sunny summerday and there was not air conditioning. It was difficult to sleep therebecause the hotel is in a centre of town and when the windows were openthere was a noise coming from outside. (Our room was on first floor withwindows oriented to the streets. The other rooms are probably quieter. )

Hotel is located directly in centre ofNagykanyzsa on a nice square with maintained park and interestingbuildings around. Parking close to the hotel is for free in case youmake reservation in advance.
