Review 1：1. Cats in the dining room. Unable to ever have a meal without fighting with cats over my meal!!! 2. Smell of sewage especially in the rooms!!!!!!!!

Review 2：Lovely hotel. Staff were absolutely wonderful. Food was okay not a lot of choice but edible. Beach is a 10minute walk away. Public transport is available into Kos town. The staff are awesome. We had a really lovely time. Will definitely be going there again.

Review 3：Smells, Ants in the room. Poor wifi speed Poor all inclusive: empty mini bar in the room. For water you have to refill it your old plastic bottle at the bar. No healthy foods for kids. Towels at the pool cost extra.

Review 5：The discrimination between guests. The French are class one and the rest of the nationalities come 2nd. It is all inclusive only for food and local drinks excluding water!! The beach is not nice at all and you have to pay for your sunbeds. The water was very dirty in comparison with Paradise Beach which is miles away yet is worth going.

Review 6：For sure not 5 stars yet the place is good for purpose. The staff is very nice especially the Fram Reps. The food was good with good variety everyday to satisfy all needs.

Review 7：Not nice food.They can serve twice a day poor quality bolognaise.Just a very little bit of lovely greek food French animation team so some activities there only for French people. Cruel to animals in "mini zoo" animals(deers and birds) are kept on very small area with no shadow in burning sun. Bad smell of sewage around the hotel

A activity company called frammisima is more ideal for French guests because first priority is the French people in the hotel. Taxi is always expensive if you need to go Kos town for hospital or leisure.

Review 24：Location was good if you have a rental car. The room is cozy but cheap. The airco working fine. The few of the pool from the room with little patio is good. The cleaning is good. Staff is helpful but instructed to be not trusting with mainland Europeans.

The only snacks available between the meals is croissants and toasted sandwiches, no fruits or vegetables.
