Review 1：25 min away from Kos, not much entertainment for kids, not much to do . No shower gels or shampoo, no slippers, would expect to have it in 4 star hotel. if you need towel for pool or beach need pay £10 as deposit, same if you would like play golf.

Review 3：Breakfast was awful and too early, wifi as an extra cost and no conecction in the room only in the lobby. Room full of bugs. Terrible pillows, not minibar at all. While sleeping the electrical pannel of our room suffered a cutcircuit. "No disturb" sign not available in the rooms so the cleaning staff wake up us every day.

Review 4：The beach, the location and the View from the Room. Great idea the mini market but no food we missed the possibility of buying some sandwiches.

Review 5：Wi-fi costs 3€/day. Bathroom was overflowing with water all the time. Absolutely poor choice of fruits, only apples and oranges basically. Beach towels costs 10€ per towel, when you can buy a new one for 7€ in the mini market. Staff is awful, took our passports. No ice cream for adults. AI drinks are bland and tasteless. During our stay, workers come to your room to fix stuff, you should do that when no body is living in the room.

Review 6：The variety of food was good. Room had an excellent view of the sea. Nice swimming pools. Mini market is a genius idea.

Review 9：I booked a sea view family room overnight because the other hotel I was booked in was not good at all. So it was an improvement but, first they gave us a room in which the bath tub was broken, then hours after I informed them (they had no idea, apparently they do not check the rooms after check-out of other guests) then in the afternoon, before our last night there, they asked us to move to a room which was not what I had booked. The reception is always under-staffed and the staff are not very pleasant, too say the least.

Review 10：The beach, the swimming pool, the layout of the resort.. it could actually be a very good place to stay.

Review 11：No available iron and ironing board in the rooms. Had to request it from reception and most the time it was being used. Had to wear creased clothes a lot of the time.

Review 15：Could not get a sunbed at the pool after 9am as all were occupied by towels and no people! Wasp problem (over 100) on our balcony so we could not sit out there or leave the sliding doors open. Bed very hard and uncomfortable. WiFi is 8 euros for 3 days, per device, we paid for 6 days but the WiFi was down for 4 of those - received no refund for this inconvenience.

Review 25：Really beautiful landscape and facilities, spacious rooms, friendly and polite staff, nice food and lots of fun with the animation team. Ideal for families, (it will be my next vacation with my family). Maybe the best beach on the island!

Review 26：Bar at the beach wasn't all inclusive, which is bit of pity as we stayed most of the time at the beach and it was quite a walk to get to the bar for drinks or snacks

Review 30：However, the shower room and all showers (also toilet) might be of a better condition and not letting the water all over bathroom. The animation (both for adults and children) team was also quite weak, perhaps due to the end of season. The internet connection is really weak and was working only in a lobby, we haven't any connection in the room (however, the staff informed us in advance that in some room wi-fi is not working).

Review 31：The room was fantastic, we got a room with sea view, even though we haven't booked such :) The room was just near seaside with a splendid view! The stuff in the hotel is really helpful and friendly, both in the reception and restaurant, especially nice was the lady in the reception talking Russian. The meal was good both for me and my husband, our daughters (1 and 5 y.o.) also found what they liked. The facilities of the hotel in general have all possible attractions (swimming pools, mini golf, pool, etc.). The hotel is really suitable for families with small children, and it's really value for money.

They did not accept debit card Our room was a pond after a heavy rain. Nobody carred since it was midnight so we used the bath towels to stop the water from drowning us. TV didn't have greek channels at all, it is unacceptable. Moreover room was dark with only 2-3 lamps. Bed made much noise and only two pillows were provided. The beach was average. Sunbeds had an extra charge of 5€/set. Finally, breakfast was also average and ended strictly by 0930 (too early for Greeks in vacation

Review 33：Nice room, spacy with two balconies. Clean bathroom and room. Nice and clean swimming pools. Mini market in the place was good. Don't miss the chance to see the fawns and play mini golf!

Bus to Kos town only 2.90 euros each way, very cheap.All in all stay here if you love beaches and all inclusive, ie minimalgoing out. Its a really great hotel. Not many English, which in my viewis a plus point, Germans and Russians well behaved. Quite multiculturaland the better for it.

Review 60：Like most all inclusive resorts the food gets a bit repetitive, there is very little to do and what there is is not advertised, compared to the other adjacent resorts the beach activities are non existent just sunbeds on the sand, finally the location is good for those that want eat and lounge around the pool all day, but it is a good 5 km away from the villages of Pili Marmari and Masterchari and being that the taxis are very expensive, and buses few and far between it is the reserve of those that hire vehicles

This is more of a 2 star hotel that catersfor family holidays, there were many children and mostly catered forGerman travellers, so all the entertainment was in German.This hotel seriously needs the star rating checked again, as this is very misleading to clients booking the hotel. for a 4star hotel, you expect the gardens to be immaculate and well maintained, (which they were not, the lawn was overgrown and we didn't visit out of season), the rooms were not cleaned very well (marks on mirror and bathroom shelves dirty, also the very elaborate looking massage shower didn't work, so it was a basic shower) fridges in the rooms were at an additional cost. Food was ok, but basically bland and generally the same, again catering for the German traveller with sausages, and kids.
