Review 1：Room was small and a bit dated. Maybe more staff needed at breakfast to refill milk, bain marie etc
Review 2：Breakfast included. Friendly check in. Good location, close to Aquatic centre which was reason we were there.
Review 3：Not enough cutlery for 6 people,only small plates. Had to ask for several items but staff more than happy to help. Kitchen facilities in the rooms could do with overhaul. Taps in both kitchen and bathroom constantly dripped. Needed total new sink and faucet in bathroom.

Review 11：After letting them in advance know we were 50 plus (age) they put us with a group of drunken bowlers smoking heavily and rowdy all afternoon/night. Then we were woken at 6.50am by 6 trucks starting there engines 1 meter next to our window/bed. The windows were rattling and curtains moving.Could smell the fumes.I guess that was time to get up:( Breakfast was included but was not edible, sure the cook knew as all plates(not just ours) were sent back to kitchen with food on it.

Review 13：We like the fact that we could park our car and trailer within the gated grounds. Also the fact that it had a Hotel attached to it so we could have a few drinks and a lovely meal and just walk back to our room. Also we got a free cooked breakfast.

Review 17：The welcome we received on arrival was not only friendly it was genuine. Cindi the receptionist was fun loving and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

Review 21：The check in was difficult. I was chargedctwice for the room due to the 24 hour automated check in kiosk. I am still waiting for a refund. I was told by the receptionist that this system doesnt work very well and people are over charged a lot. The room was very old and dated.
Review 22：We stayed in a family room which had free breakfast for 2 people so I paid an extra $15 for the 3rd person so when we went up 2 the diner for breakfast at 9.10am it was all packed up so I'm NOT IMPRESSED at all & I lost my $15 not getting it back & the wifi service was out as well

The bathroom door could not be opened, ( had to get manager) and he with great force opened it, but we couldn't manage it and had to leave it open all night. No basin in bathroom, and all taps dripped. No hairdryer in room

Review 43：The bed in our room was broken. When we looked under the bed, the base was nearly touching the floor! When we went to check in the girl had no idea what she was doing and the manager just gave us the key and told us to sort it out in the morning. When I complained about the bed in the morning, I was told we didnt have to pay but my credit card was still charged. Disgusting, I wont stay there again!

Review 68：Thankfully some facilities measured up. In winter,the nice wide shower head was welcome relief after some other motels. As was the working A/C. Would've used the nice pool if it was summer. Great bed, comfort and location perfect for getting dinner in town. Will try the bistro when I next visit. Its clear this place is well-run, if a little rough around the edges.
Review 69：Massive disturbance n Fight in car park and one of the rooms at 4am. Unable to contact managers via after hours number had to call police as broken windows n crockery thrown from rooms into car park. I understand that it's hard to tell what people like when booking rooms but managers should b contactable at all times if they want to run their motel correctly! My son was very scared! Breakfast normal continental but no milk or water in urn when we went for breakfast n no butter left, after our night needed coffee! Felt like we had to ask for everything just to be able to eat. Had to go to service station next door to get milk.

I didn't like the rubber mat in the bathtub although I understand it's use but hygienically that and the shower curtain bothered me. Review 80：The location was fantastic and easy to walk to the main street, shopping centre across the road, next to a service station. Whilst I didn't use the restaurant there was one available. Breakfast was included and I took advantage of the continental one morning.

Review 139：The room we stayed in was dreary, carpets could not be walked on barefoot as they were sticky which to me is really gross. My room door wouldn't lock and they came and fixed that right away by replacing the lock. The staff was great. Rooms are old and dreary and carpeting needs replacing.
